They handed my pick up order out to the wrong person… not a huge deal. They took about 25 min to remake it. Again, whatever. But then the garlic parm chicken barely had any sauce on it, the lemon pepper chicken was completely dry it had just a little bit of the dry seasoning at the bottom of the container, and the fried pickles seemed to not have went in the fryer long enough. I didn’t get the sauce with those either. Like I don’t care that much if you hand my order out and had to remake it, I would have only took off 1 star for that. Things happen. But remake it right. That’s just too many mistakes in a row for me, the staff is just being careless. The atmosphere was so different than the other Buffalo Wild Wings too. There’s no bar so it’s pretty much just a take out restaurant. Very sad looking on the inside compared to the others.

Very disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food. We ordered 15 wings and got 6 free plus onion rings and fries. The breading in the wings was so hard it felt as if I was chewing on aquarium gravel. I didn’t realize they had two sizes of french fry orders, we got the kids meal size. The onions rings were good. I can’t see a reason to return.

I placed an order for delivery on April 22 after I came home from work. They sent the wrong wings. I was told that I could either pick them up or get a refund. I chose refund because there was a reason I ordered delivery. As of today May 6, I have yet to receive it. I have contacted the store and corporate and nothing is being done.

The food was very good. I got a burger and it was very good, and my brother got wings. He said they were hot but good. The service could be five stars if the workers were at the front desk. I wanted to order something and they were all in the back. They had TVs there so the atmosphere was good.
Parking: There was lots of parking spots available.

My experience was great, simple and fast. Came into the restaurant got my order taken within 2 minutes of waiting and the food was ready super fast even with other people ahead of me. 10/10 would recommend
