It has been about 6 months since we last went to this location because of our awful previous experiences but we decided, once again, to give them a try. I ordered a bogo 6 (so twelve) with wedges and a 20 boneless with fries and a side of honey BBQ. The order was placed at 406 and when I arrived at 416, they said they just received it (I expected to wait a little bit knowing I got there early but was not expecting them to not even see the order yet. the store had only one other order pending on the screen so the store was not busy) so not sure why it took so long for them to notice. There is never an employee there to greet customers so you have to ring the bell at which they come out looking rather annoyed to be bothered. I proceeded to wait until 438 when two different people finally came out to give me the order, in which they looked shocked to see human beings existed on earth. I was in a hurry so didn't check the order but when I got home I realized that they gave us one with 12 wings and then the other with 12 wings instead of 20. They also forgot the side of honey bbq. I'm sorry but this will be the final time we get orders from this location. We gave them so many chances but in the end, the employees clearly do not care about getting orders correct. We have never a single time gotten a correct order from this location. Please get better management and/or employees.

Second time coming here to get food, thought I would give it another try, and they failed yet again. Did not give me all the food I ordered again. Wings were very dry, some had no sauce added. The first time I came, none of the wings had sauce at all. Didnt get any of the sides I ordered. As someone who has worked in the food service before, I know how it can be but this place fails terribly.

This was a really disappointing experience. There was more sauce smeared all over the outside of the containers—possibly BBQ or teriyaki—than there was on the actual wraps we ordered. And to be clear, we didn’t even order anything that should’ve come with that brown sauce, so it just felt messy and careless.

On top of that, the ranch cups were completely missing, as was the dip that’s supposed to come with the onion rings. Speaking of those onion rings, we received only five rings in the regular-sized BEER-BATTERED ONION RINGS, which cost $6.49. That’s absolutely not worth the price.

Overall, the order felt rushed and sloppy. For the price and brand, I expected better attention to detail.

Guy working the register on 4-16-25 for lunch service was incredibly rude to us customers picking up our orders. We waited and had no service for at least 15min for him to come out of the bathroom. Then he insults us for ringing the bell for service so many times. Will never return to this establishment

This location is ruining BW3’s reputation. If you can’t handle all the orders, it’s simple. Don’t take all the orders. Making people wait hours for pickup and then the food is cold and dried up is not the way to run a business. Multiple times from this location so I don’t want you to think it only once. Good luck people ordering your food from here. It’s a shame too because they used to have awesome wings.

They handed my pick up order out to the wrong person… not a huge deal. They took about 25 min to remake it. Again, whatever. But then the garlic parm chicken barely had any sauce on it, the lemon pepper chicken was completely dry it had just a little bit of the dry seasoning at the bottom of the container, and the fried pickles seemed to not have went in the fryer long enough. I didn’t get the sauce with those either. Like I don’t care that much if you hand my order out and had to remake it, I would have only took off 1 star for that. Things happen. But remake it right. That’s just too many mistakes in a row for me, the staff is just being careless. The atmosphere was so different than the other Buffalo Wild Wings too. There’s no bar so it’s pretty much just a take out restaurant. Very sad looking on the inside compared to the others.
