Went through the drive through, ordered 2 mushroom and Swiss melts on the way to work. Had I not had limited time I would have driven the sandwiches back. They were literally ice cold. The cheese was cold, and not melted., the patties felt like they were room temperature. This may just be this Burger King location, because a week before I ordered the same from the Strongsville location and the sandwiches were hot, cheese melted and they were delicious. The drive through staff was friendly. Like I said I was in a rush and didn't have the time to turn around to say anything. I've ordered from this Parma location before and with similar results. In summary the mushroom Swiss melt is delicious when properly made but I would avoid ordering at the Parma Ridge road franchise. Also said large drink, no ice, originally given a small, but noticed it and they kindly gave me the large full of ice. Oh well. The Ridge road location is also hard to get in and out of with the high amount of traffic.

It pains me greatly to admit that I've taken part in the gut twisting antics that this burger king partakes in, but here I am. One night after a busy day, I wanted to reward myself with some food therapy and tried to order a milkshake and some chicken fries and a burger. I found myself fully taken back that at this Burger King, a milkshake costs 6$ instead of the $3.59 at any other Burger King. On top of that, the burger tasted like they grilled it in the back room of a trap house, and the chicken fries had the consistency of boiled okra.

Ordered online, waited yo get to the order window for 30 min with only one person in front of me. When i finally got to thw window i had to wait another 10 before i got my food, after waiting 10 min for the person in front of me to get theirs. Now i could understand if they were making fresh food, but i live less than 5 min from this location and everything was cold. Every single thing. I wasted $20 and almost an hour of my time. If there is a bk even a little bit further than here, i advise you take the drive. Also i got the melt, and they definitely didnt put any toast to the bread. This was a horrible experience
If I could give this zero stars, i would. I ordered at 640, went to pick it up at 7, sat in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting on my food. I got a royal crispy chicken the chicken was so old it was inedible and tasted disgusting, i couldn't eat it. I also ordered chicken fries they were rock hard and also didn't taste good. Also messed up the patty melt i ordered a mushroom and Swiss patty melt got the bacon one. Also missed a onion ring that I noticed while I was there and asked for another. Only 2 girls working the front and we're extremely slow. One with red hair and one with brown. No sense of urgency. Multiple people drove away from the ordering box because they were taking forever. Also the lights are off, they definitely don't want it to seem like their closed so they get less customers I'm sure. This location is absolutely trash and it needs to be reevaluated. I'm extremely disappointed this was not worth 70 dollars of food. Saturday night dinner time should be fully staffed and moving quicker. Lost alot of customers with how slow they are.

If there wasn’t a snowstorm tonight, I’d take that dried, hard ‘fish’ sandwich back to the pickup window! It obviously was cooked hours ago and should have been pitched instead of given to a paying customer!! At least the onion rings were hot!

Whoppers taste like garbage here compared to just 10-15 years ago. No wonder why Burger King is going under. Taste nothing like. Nothing seems fresh or juicy like in past. Shut this one down too. Let’s get another breakfast place in Parma or another pierogi place.

The first two times I came here the woman at the drive-thru window didn't even say a word to me, just took my card. The third time I came here I sat in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes while the car in front of me waited for someone to take their order. I got out of line and pulled around and saw there was absolutely no one at the window. Unbelievable! Third time was not the charm, and I will not be coming back to this burger king. And I'm right next to it every single day.
Bad attention 🤮
Sorry for being rude but this place needs to be closed! Why did I have to wait 1 hour for my order!

I waited 32 minutes from when I pulled the line until I pulled out. There were only 4 cars ahead of me the whole time. Then, I get home and my fries are not in my order. Absolutely infuriating! Terrible service.
