I never leave a bad review but my God. Went inside to order since the drive thru was so busy. I didn't realize that wait inside would be 40 minutes. There was a couple that came in much later than us and they ordered at the counter and got their food 15 minutes before us. When we get food, not even the right order what so ever! That lady at the front was overly confident for being so lost on that job. Thank God for the dark haired young man that took my receipt and handled getting our order done for us! But I would say, it's crazy at night time so beware! Check your order before you leave and going inside doesn't do anything for speedy food, that's for sure! That young man gets five stars but not the place itself.

Just went thru the driver thu.border 3 meals and when we came home, 1 sandwich was missing. No one answers when calling. Then someone answers and hangs up. No way to file complaint on website.

Haven't been to Burger King in a long time. I think the burgers aren't near as good as they used to be. The service was good and the prices are reasonable.

I work nearby and always come by late at night. The workers on third shift are so nice and the service is amazing. They prepare your food quickly and it is always fresh. This is hands down the best burger king i have ever went to.

i went tonight and brought an whopper with cheese extra onion extra mayo and a dragon sundae got home and was eating my sandwhich and noticed a black beetle in it i attempted to call the phone number listed mulitple times and i took a picture of it i usually don’t have this problem here check yall food smh now i’m about to throw up because who knows if i ate a big so far seeing ass i ate almost half i will he attempting to call again it’s current 12:46am they should be answering the phone. when i first saw it i was confused so opened the sandwhich and sure enough like gross this is a shame are y’all not ensuring bugs don’t get in. Customer service was great but i can not with a bug being in there that’s gross i’m pissed
Went through the drive through, ordered 2 mushroom and Swiss melts on the way to work. Had I not had limited time I would have driven the sandwiches back. They were literally ice cold. The cheese was cold, and not melted., the patties felt like they were room temperature. This may just be this Burger King location, because a week before I ordered the same from the Strongsville location and the sandwiches were hot, cheese melted and they were delicious. The drive through staff was friendly. Like I said I was in a rush and didn't have the time to turn around to say anything. I've ordered from this Parma location before and with similar results. In summary the mushroom Swiss melt is delicious when properly made but I would avoid ordering at the Parma Ridge road franchise. Also said large drink, no ice, originally given a small, but noticed it and they kindly gave me the large full of ice. Oh well. The Ridge road location is also hard to get in and out of with the high amount of traffic.

It pains me greatly to admit that I've taken part in the gut twisting antics that this burger king partakes in, but here I am. One night after a busy day, I wanted to reward myself with some food therapy and tried to order a milkshake and some chicken fries and a burger. I found myself fully taken back that at this Burger King, a milkshake costs 6$ instead of the $3.59 at any other Burger King. On top of that, the burger tasted like they grilled it in the back room of a trap house, and the chicken fries had the consistency of boiled okra.
