Used to be a great Burger King as far as BK goes. Now (last 12-18 months) horrible! Cold food, skimping on condiments, after waiting in line for 10 minutes? This woman in charge (Shannon(looks & acts like a female Gestapo agent. Employees obviously intimidated and uncomfortable. This place sucks! Will never come here again.

Service was horrible. Poor girl was doing drive thru and lobby while manager was sitting in the lobby in a meeting. Order was completely wrong. Asked for burger with cheese, mayo,onion and lettuce only and got a burger with tomato, pickle and ketchup. Threw right in the trash. Husband asked for onion rings paid extra and got fries.

Showed up at 11:00 for lunch. Online it says lunch is supposed to begin at 10:30 but the sign was still set to breakfast. I asked at the drive through if they were serving lunch and the girl on the intercom responded No with a really snotty tone. I drove away and went to the ridge road location where they were serving lunch and had an updated digital menu for the drive through. If you live in the area avoid this location and just go to the ridge rd. one right down the street.

Ordered the spicy chicken combo. Got a regular chicken that was overcooked and the bun was burnt. Returned the sandwich and got a free ice cream and a spicy chicken sandwich. It was overcooked and the breading came off. Worst meal ever

Customer service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Worst, I've ever had. They thought I ordered a cup of water when I pulled up to the window. A lady, I think it was the manager, took my order and never repeated it nor asked if I wanted anything else which I probably would have ordered more. I had to tell the male rude member at the cash register I ordered two Original Whoppers, two Chicken Sandwiches-4 times and he looked dumbfounded. He did not correct that. When my order finally came out, I got one Original Whopper and One Chicken Sandwich. Again, I told him I had to tell him 4 times after the water incident what I ordered. I told him just add a Whopper and a Chicken Sandwich to the order. He said he couldn't do that? I didn't want it for free. He argued with me, made me upset telling me he doesn't have to serve me. I asked to speak with the manager who told me I had to go back around and reorder the other two sandwiches. I went back around and reordered and said I did not get a receipt on the first order. I pulled up to pay again and told him I didn't get a receipt for my first order. The same male rude member asked why I needed a receipt? What? He rudely said "I'm getting it, okay?" I told him do you know what a shopper is? Then he accused me of threatening him? What? Another member gave me my second order and said the receipts are in the bag. I looked in the bag saw the two sandwiches. I pulled forward to doublecheck the receipts. They gave me duplicate receipts for the two orders. TERRIBLE!!!!!

This one on snow Rd in parma is the worst BK around!!!! no matter what they mess my order up, even if it's just a whopper Jr with cheese no tomato they get it wrong. And I can be the only car in the drive threw ?♂️

Food was cold.Fries had an odd taste.I'm thinking that the grease definitely needs to be changed out.And please train your stuff that saying "uh-uh" after a customer says, "thank you" is not the way it works!The employee needs to be saying "THANK YOU!" Not shove the food out the window without a smile and expect the customer to think that's acceptable.If you don't like your job go find another preferably NOT in customer service!

4:35pm June 27th. The car in front of me at the drive-thru sat at the speaker to order for about 7 minutes. I pull up to the speaker and sit for 3-4 mins with no one there. I'm about to leave when a female voice finally says go ahead.I could barely hear her over the speaker, she wasnt wearing her mic right. I ordered a combo with a diet dr.pepper. She says they dont have diet dr. Pepper and several other things I couldnt make out.I told her politely I couldnt hear her again and she then shouts into the mic in "slow condescending baby speak"...I say, Okay...I can hear you now and I dont like the attitude so I'm going to go, thanks...As I drive off she shouts "Good! Gooooodbyyyyee!"Someone doesn't like their job.

I order 2 of chick kings meals, 1 of the chicken has bad smell! I think it expired because it has a spoiled taste. I called the store the person answer is “my chicks is fresh no bad!” I don’t need you told me what to do!” I didn’t ask for refund only let them know be careful about the chicken don’t sale back chicken! So rule service.
Says they open at 6am, sat in the drive thru at 6:20 am for ten minutes with no response or help. WORST service. There were employees just standing around.

just attempted to get dinner for my family. the rudest unprofessional female worker who took our order proceeded to charge me for something I gave her a coupon for. then didn't wanna refund it. saying that's how much it was. then proceeded to laugh in my face untill the manager came over. the employee said I don't give a fu*k it's my last day here anyways. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! WILL NOT be going to this location again. sad how trashy this location is getting. very dissatisfied!!!!!!

Burger King. Worst coffee in existence. You have to try hard to make coffee this horrible. Pair that up with $1.49 mystery meat nuggets and then go to the hospital to get your stomache pumped.
