Our first time ordering here and wasn't impressed. We all like our pizzas made differently but ours needed sauce because there was barely any and it was way too cooked for or liking. We would definitely look elsewhere.

We placed a large order for several people, and everyone was happy.We tried a pepperoni pizza and cheese breadsticks. It was excellent! The dough was a bit dense and soft, sauce was just a bit spicy. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in Cleveland!

They really skimp on the sauce. I wanted to try this place after just seeing it in an article about it being one of the best pizza places around Parma. It has potential because the pizza was good on the few bites that had sauce but overall most bites were just dough, cheese, and toppings with very little to no sauce at all. Even the wings did not have sauce so they were essentially just plain wings. There was no wing sauce sitting at the bottom of the container either, it was like they used a tablespoon of sauce for 12 wings. Maybe it was just an off night, who knows I am 50/50 on if I’d give this place another shot

Awesome pizza! Always fresh and team is very nice. Wings are a bit pricey and small but have good flavor. Crust is perfectly made every single time. Best when picked up fresh- delivery is often long and pizza is Luke arm upon arrival.
I got a pizza delivered at 9pm, was told my address was not in their range so I told them “I will drive closer because I really want my pizza” they said “ok” gave them my job address. Delivery driver came, didn’t get out the car, didn’t call my number, claimed didn’t have correct phone number then proceeded to tell me “we are closing now, NO you can’t come get your pizza, we are just voiding it” made me waste my time and gas. Manager then was disrespectful and lied and said i threatened him. Called GM next morning and she was disrespectful too and telling me her employees weren’t supposed to meet up for delivery even though I told her and she confirmed it was ok. GM/Owner didnt accommodate me as a customer as her employees were disrespectful, kept my pizza they charged me for, and continued to argue. I give them my business 2 days a week and this is how they treat their customers!

Ordered through DoorDash....3 Spaghetti Dinners with meatballs. Supposed to come with salads and garlic bread. Received the salad dressing. NO SALADS!! Also no meatballs on the spaghetti that I paid extra!! Called the restaurant and spoke to the manager which was so rude. They said to call DoorDash and that the driver is supposed to count the items. Ummm no DoorDasher here and when the bags are sealed we aren't allowed to open them. I guess its also DoorDashes fault for not puttinh meatballs on my dinners. Marina Sauce was good. Cant rate the salad and the garlic bread was a little burnt.

I ordered from DoorDash for the first time ordering from this store. When I received the order, I was missing a pizza. I contacted the store, wanting to know if they forgot it or if the dasher had taken it. They said they still had the order at the store, and didn’t understand what happened. I asked the gentlemen if I could come to the store and pick it up, and he said yes. I got to the store, and they gave me my order, and also made me a cinnamon bites, and gave me 2-20fl oz sodas. They apologized profusely about forgetting to give the dasher the pizza, as I said that it was okay. The professionalism, and the kindness of these workers were the absolute best. The gentlemen I talked to, was Tony. He definitely deserves some kind of recognition regarding this. I appreciate the kindness that was showed tonight, and I will definitely come here again.-Also the food was amazing. I also got the chicken parm meal, and you get so much for the price. I even have lunch for tomorrow!

Tried this for the first time, ordered quite a few things for my family for my birthday. Pizza, wings, garlic bread, and the chicken parma dinner with a side salad. Everything was spectacular! The pizza reminded me of a spot I went to a lot as a kid, it was perfect. It has an old school hole in the wall family pizza joint feel, down to the packaging. Absolutely loved it. Service was great, all young kids working there and they were just friendly and courteous. Seemed like they liked their job and were happy to help. And the price for everything was lower than you'd pay at a lot of other places, including massive chains. Can't recommend this spot enough and will be coming back hopefully for years to come.
