Smells like the store has a sewer backup. Unacceptable for a food place. Chicken sandwich has big chunks of meat and does not taste the same as the one I tried in a mall. Not good

Christyan has great customer service spoke to me very politely as I enter store had a great experience he suggested a strawberry lemonade beverage, which was a great choice as well as he brought my food out to my car as I was attending my children five stars. Also he did it with a smile on his face made me feel super welcome.

Well we like the food there, so that’s why the stars. My husband and daughter tried to surprise me with dinner from there on Tuesday evening. They were waiting patiently while the staff was arguing over who would have to go and take their order. Nobody wanted to serve them, so they just left. Good job hurting a 6 year olds feelings.

Not only does their food absolutely slap everytime, but today I left half of my order in the store, and one of the ladies ran to my car to bring me my food! Ugh I’m so thankful you guys are always so so great.

These cheesesteak sandwiches aren't all that. Above all else I've never seen a regular size sandwich be this small. 9 inch sub for $10. Arby's has a better cheesesteak sandwich than this place, if you can believe that and the sub is 12 inches long for $7.99. I need 3 of these to fill me up. Thought I'd try this place for my own experience and sadly I'm not impressed. Place was completely empty by the way when I was there at rush hour.

I ordered mistakenly right before their close, however the team there did amazing gave no problems, sorry we ordered late we definitely understand how annoying it can be when one does it but they killed it and held no grudges. Amazing food

I’ve had a bad order recently . They never call you or return your emails horrible customer service.

I don't like how they don't have any anti tampering devices.

I don't know what this restaurant is like if you walk in and order food but if you're ordering it through an app for delivery don't bother. Apparently they have a toddler packing their bags cuz I cannot see a grown adult with a brain doing something like this.

The quality of the food is very consistent, your order looks the same every time. The kitchen is super fast, starting to make your food as you're ordering it.
