First, it's difficult to order. No online and one phone line, so it was always a busy signal. Had to go in. I ordered, told 15-17 min. Waited in parking lot. After 30 min. went back in and was told an item had not even been started (calamari) because no one knew how to make it and it could be another half hour. At that point, "hostess" offered refund. Manager, or whoever had authority to access register, came up, never looked at me, never apologized, handed hostess the money. The entree I ordered was barely warm when she went to kitchen to give to me. Overall, bad experience, wasted so much time and the small portion entree not worth the price at all. I do not recommend.

I am a very well traveled person and I absolutely love Asian food and especially Thai food! Being on the west coast for over 20 years has given me a high bar for Asian food in America so when I moved to Cleveland area I was quite disappointed eith the lack of options and quality of Asian cuisine. But the I tried Charm Thai and was quite impressed that the quality and flavors are excellent in the area so I have been coming here for over 5 years now. Easily one of the best Thai food restaurants in the north east Ohio area and I would highly recommend it. Ofcourse pad Thai being the state is great but try the curries and many other dishes on the menu as they do not disappoint.

Good food and reasonable prices. My daughter and I often order take home from them and one meal is enough for the two of us (panang curry) Very nice interior atmosphere also. I think it would be a good place to take a date.

Was very disappointed. Drove from Garfield Heights to Charm Thai. Picked up our food and we ordered sticky rice and got plan rice!Ordered regular pad thai and country pad thai both were over cooked mush of noodles had barely any sauce at all!!Was there before and it was delicious. Not willing to order from here again.

I always love the food here and the service is just the friendliest. Whenever I am craving Thai food this is my go-to place. The portions arw excellent for the price (unlike other places where it's all rice) and the Chai Tea is just to die for. I definetly recommend people try this place at least once in their lifetime.

Got takeout due to Covid. Food was ready exactly on time and oh my goodness the "Best we ever had!". Everything was hot, delicious flavor and the spiciness was exactly what we ordered! Coconut Seafood Soup - awesome Avocado Curry - Amazing and Teriyaki Chicken oh, so, so good! Best Thai Restaurant around! You won't be disappointed! Love everything we have ever gotten from there!!❤

Based on the reviews, tried this place as the first exposure of Thai food to my parents. Great sampling of some classics like the pad Thai and lemongrass chicken. Curry very very flavorful.We did have a little error with our order but upon us calling, they quickly and more than satisfactorily made up for the error, without complaint. I don't write a ton of reviews, but with how gracious they were, made me feel they were owed a special comment.Will definitely order again.
