I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe Meal. It didn't have anything but cheese and one pickle. A deluxe meal sandwich is supposed to come with lettuce and tomatoes and it had neither. The waffle fries were cold also. This has happened to me before at this same Chick-Fil-A on Ridge Rd in Parma. No one cares, it's a business that practices a shove the customer through the drive-through policy.

Great place, and using the app to place order saves waiting when you get there. Staff is friendly, and they always make you feel welcome and appreciate the business.
First time eating at Chic-fil-A as we do not have it in Singapore. Must say it is the best tasting QSR brands so far in America.Really like the grilled and chicken as they were done nicely and not too dry as compared to others. The sauces that we had was average.The service was good and fast and so was the atmosphere. Interesting bin as the only operator we have seen has made such an investment.
