It would be nice if the servers gave the same portions of meat to everyone. I mean why do I have to ask for more chicken when I was purposely given less than almost none? Then to see the person in front of me get way more chicken without having to ask for extra chicken. Do better Chipotle.

One of the female employees washed her hands for five seconds, shook them dry all over the grill and a prep area while giggling and then wiped them dry all over one of her coworkers’ visibly dirty T-shirts and then got back to work. I didn’t stay to place an order so I can not truthfully comment on the flavor of the chicken.

I ordered food from the app when I picked it up it and got home it was incorrect went on app to get it corrected and it offered me a free drink I don't get drinks cause I'm diabetic and drink only water so this offer doesn't correct my issue what so ever and trying to call in was a night mate and when I finally trick the ai to let it ball the store no one answered horrible customer service and resolution to thier mistake!

If i think it was a little bit dramatic by all means, let me know, but the environment there is terrible. The service there is a joke. The staff is giggling and not attentive to customers. There's food everywhere and made as if they're just tossing it in the bowl. The cross contamination is sightful . Staff should definitely have someone undercover. Go in and reprimand or check out how it's ran on and eight o'clock saturday night

Got barbacoa tacos the meat was so skimpy when she made it I asked for double meat and still got less than a normal portion should've been. On top of that out of cheese!! An hour before they closed. Have to keep an eye out on some of these workers they don't know what they're doing
Horrible customer service the people in the back were being very loud playing music. The lady making my bowl I asked her for double rice and she put a little bit. They are very dirty and sloppy I definitely won’t be coming here again. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Visited today for vegetable bowl !! Out of stock for veggies also less quantity !! Main thing they are not changing gloves as we are not eating non veg so prefer only veg bowl and guess what we found chicken from black beans wowwww , you know what everyone is not eating meat so you should be careful about this !!!! Quantity is not worth as price !!! Never going to visit again !!

Eating out is dead in this country. Stop in at 8:45 for a salad bowl. Wait in line 15 mins just to find out they're out of lettuce. Like put a sign up for crying out loud. Also, everything in the back looked gross. Food scrapings piled and burning on the edges of every surface.

just went in for 2 bowls and there were about 4-6 workers just standing around either doing nothing or standing on their phones, there was one girl on the line and she was holding it tf DOWN, the station wasn't the tidiest but she was multitasking doing practically everything, and me and my sister agreed that these were the best bowls we’ve had from chipotle in general. next time I want chipotle and she’s not working, imma respectfully wait.
