Food is constantly undercooked, along with their pitiful portions. You can almost always guarantee something is going to be less than satisfactory with your order. And they don't know how to properly cook rice, So if you get super hard rice, tough luck. Better luck next location.

I ordered my usual bowl and they tried to charge me for double chicken when I didn't get double chicken. And then as I was eating I kept getting pieces of chicken that were disgusting and chewy. The lettuce tasted off as well and there was no ice in the drink machine.

The best steak bowl around! The corn is so good, along with the sour cream, tasty steak and vinaigrette dressing is so good. It is good every time!

I'm done with this location. About 50% of the time, if you go after 6:00, they'll be out of some/several things. Most recently, its been cheese. Magically, the next day, at opening, the cheese is available again. The employees just don't want to cut more!The food is often cold, and my last 2 burrito bowls tasted as though they'd also run out of salt.I'm tired of driving over here, only to walk out, again and again.They've recently decided to stay open until 11:00. Why?

Rude staff . Went in and asked for a light amount of certain items on my bowl and they would purposely dump a ridiculous amount (rice and sour cream) it was too much. When it came to lettuce and chicken they are stingy and was rude when I would asked for a little bit more . When it came to the protein the server didn’t even put a spoonful of chicken and when I asked for a little more instead of using the spoon he grab two pieces of chicken with his his hands and put it on my bowl. The lady who was running the condiments was rude and rolled her eyes when I ask for more lettuce, since she barely put any in my bowl. she rolled her eyes and just grab one to two pieces of lettuce , like she was being very petty . I looked around because I know I was Being polite and saying please and thank you . She was so rude that when I look around even the other customers were giving her looks like what was her problem ? I’m all for treating employees with respect and being patient . I use to work at fast food restaurants and I get it can be stressful but they need to do better with customer service and portions . The guy who rung me up was very nice .

They were out of pretty much every single meat, no cheese??? and no chips. but chips were sitting up for the “online orders” they had… over 10 bags of them. The manager needs to do a better job apparently at ordering the food accordingly. Service was also terrible, workers were slow. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Went here with my daughter and they were all very rude. Got home and my daughter bit down on something she thought was lettuce. Turned out to be a huge piece of plastic in her food. Not sure if the guy that disrespected her (a 12 year old child) is the one who put it in her food intentionally but I definitely will be contacting someone.

Tired of the laziness and half a$@ effort constantly at this locations employees. First time doing online order while shopping. We get home missing items in kids meal missing items on burrito. They gave my son a teaspoon of rice. How is it so hard to get a regional manager control quality at their chains since they don't franchise I'm convinced corporate just does not care at all an I'd bet the girl who became famous from a angry customer proably Is the one exception of someone who deserved it.
