I was there between 8 and 830 PM. The restaurant was not busy. However, the food counter was covered in food. The worker dragged multiple bowls through the dollops of sour cream and other food. I witnessed the same worker take food that landed on the messy food counter and put it into the food bins or customer bowls. Perhaps, the food safety training at Chipotle has lapsed again.

Overall, a true disappointment to see as I thought this restaurant was one of the last remaining good locations. I am done with Chipotle. Most locations in NE Ohio are problematic. Chipotle has a corporation wide issue.

There are restaurants with similar concepts and similar genres of food. I recommend going there.

Portion sizes get smaller and smaller by the day at this location and the food is usually pretty bad the rice is always hard the chickens always cold and they are always out of soemthing that you want

Me and my bf stopped in to this Chipotle a few days ago(Friday January 24th 2025). We were greeted with smiles immediately. The two ladies that assembled our orders were generous with portions and very friendly. While I was waiting on my bfs order to be complete I noticed a manager conducting an interview in the lobby. I'm a people watcher and a manager myself. He seemed really prepared and engaging in the interview. While we were checking out the store lost internet access which slowed the process down a bit. No big deal, it happens in food service, or any kind of immediate service industry. But the crew and the managers were so forthcoming about the situation and ready to go above and beyond to provide a good experience given circumstances beyond their control. I personally still had a great experience and this is now my Chipotle of choice. I would also like to mention as a food service manager , there was some great communication between the team. Everyone was handling their part and I love seeing that. This place has a good crew that work together and treat the customer right.

i just started working around this area and i do not usually write reviews but i love great customer service considering i have always worked in customer service. i have came here twice since i started working around this area. this is by far the best chipotle i have ever been to and i am not even talking about the food the employees genuinely enjoy their job and have been beyond nice every time i go in. i have never tipped a chipotle employee because they are always rude and miserable however they got a tip from me for sure!!😊😊

I walk in at about 10:30 PM. 30 minutes before close. They had everything shut down. Music blaring. Then i stood there for 5-10 minutes while the employees just stared at me. Finally I went up to one of the workers and he said they’re not taking orders and that they’re closed or to order online? Why couldn’t they just have rang me out. So i order online the one dude is yelling at the boy who let me order saying “we’re closed” when you are 100% most definitely still open! I would’ve been super disappointed with the way i was greeted/ treated but the food the nice boy made me was to perfection. Disappointing though

Terrible service. I was left waiting an additional 30 minutes for a mobile order that they just forgot about and never set out to be picked up. Will never return to this location after I was denied a refund as well for said order. Terrible company. Don't trust mobile ordering through chipotle they will do absolutely nothing for you if you have an issue.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. We regularly receive orders with items missing or almost all of the requested ingredients missing. Bags full of crushed up chip crumbs. There's a clear difference between and error and people who just don't care.You can not reach anyone by phone. Chipotle does not care.

I have never in my life been so disappointed in chipotle, I spent 30 dollars on two chipotle bowls and you could still see the bottom of the bowl. Im not entirely sure what is going on with this location but there portions are ENTIRELY off. They said “they are cracking down on us” I definitely understand that but when you can see the bottom of the bowl and they are charging extra for everything there is a problem. Also not to mention the lettuce for the salad was bad and I was unable to eat it. I will not be returning to this location and I think the employees need to be trained again. Very unfortunate, very sad. Oh yeah and they didn’t give me a receipt either.
