Not good food here, got tacos 🌮 and the chicken doesn’t taste good or fresh and even the corn was frozen which was strange I bit into frozen pieces, chipotle has lost its target audience for fresh good food, it has turned into Taco Bell and worse

Unsure what's wrong with these teenagers, they all look like they hate their jobs (except the cashier) thanks for the free burrito (had to call corporate and send them videos of my burrito from top to bottom and receipt to show you put literally A PINCH of meat in there) you charged me $10.20 for a barbicoa burrito full of rice and lettuce, I was in such a good mood and I don't like making workers feel uncomfortable staring them down. I didn't watch her make my burrito but my bf did (unsure why he didn't say anything) I just can't come back to this location, being ripped off like this. You guys are raising the prices and giving less meat, is the company making you do this ??? Sigh.....

As a result of this little girl barely putting both guac ($2.50) and MEAT on my burrito I now get a free entre, hoping to choose a BETTER location next time !!

I didn't go, my bf did. Apparently you will be charged an extra $1.00 if you get tacos , two being the same meat and the third being a different meat (all meats chosen have the same exact price) .... I wish I saw my review years before to warn him today. Sorry.

Met my mom here for lunch. Tried their carne asada bowl with a side of chips and an agua fresca. I took no pix (sorry!) But the food was delish. The agua fresca I tried with turmeric was very nummy and nicely balanced. I could taste the turmeric, but it was not overwhelming. It was a perfect touch. Mom said if I hadn't told her it was in it (good for inflammation), she wouldn't have known.

We had a great time just sitting and chatting for over an hour. The noise levels varied, but never got out of control. The might have set up some panels to help with that coz I've been in some restaurants where talking was not an option. I have an auditory processing problem and she has hearing aids, so... 😊 very happy we could hear eachother to talk and felt the freedom to do that coz that's what we met up to do!

I'd come again!

It was also a relief to be out of the cold. It is a blustery, spitting fall day! The warmth of the food is still warming me 20 minutes later. 🥰

This place is easily the best chipotle in the Cleveland. Customer service is professional, food is always prepared great, good portions and a clean restaurant. 5/5

The woman named Lanny was absolutely amazing with service and helping me out. I have dietary restrictions and she was spot on with advice. As long as she is working there I feel like there will always be someone who will advocate for dietary restrictions!!

If I could give zero stars for food quality I would. Most recently every time I get guac it is BROWN and tastes horrible, the rice is stale, the lettuce is old and turning brown… the food quality is disgusting. All the ingredients taste old and nasty. I also had tiny pieces of meat throughout my veggie bowl… they clearly do not care about keeping ingredients separate. I am done giving chipotle my money when the food quality tastes like it’s straight out of a trash can.

The girl with the long brown hair that's usually tied up in a ponytail is so kind, and sweet, recommended me the best options to order for acid reflux. phenomenal job

Store if fairly clean. However, the employees are extremely stingy and ration all the food giving the smallest portions. Charged me almost $3 for a teaspoon of guacamole. Save your money and go to Taco Bell across the street.

Don't waste your time or money and go to another chipotle!!! This is the BEST branch in Parma and Cleveland area. Always have the best taste of chicken, they are clean and professional. They prepare your order really fast!! Highly recommend to put this chipotle on your favorite list!!

I was there between 8 and 830 PM. The restaurant was not busy. However, the food counter was covered in food. The worker dragged multiple bowls through the dollops of sour cream and other food. I witnessed the same worker take food that landed on the messy food counter and put it into the food bins or customer bowls. Perhaps, the food safety training at Chipotle has lapsed again.

Overall, a true disappointment to see as I thought this restaurant was one of the last remaining good locations. I am done with Chipotle. Most locations in NE Ohio are problematic. Chipotle has a corporation wide issue.

There are restaurants with similar concepts and similar genres of food. I recommend going there.
