Wish I'd seen these reviews earlier. 3 times in, first no guacamole, ok, it can happen, but next time wife wanted chicken salad, no lettuce at 6pm on a Friday night, last night no cheese for steak and a chicken bowl. Add rude uncaring staff, poor parking, and complete lack of management direction. Cannot believe Chipotle allows this place to run this way. Other stores so much better. Go elsewhere!

This location is very quick to make orders when ordered online. The portion sizes are a little hit or miss. One time it's a huge portion the next it's an average portion. The crew rarely speaks to you which I find odd.

I came in there today at 11:05 a.m. you guys open up at 10:45 a.m. there's no chicken there was no steak like what are you guys even open for I don't understand how there's never any chicken or anything available the independence location I used to go to on Rockside Road but they never have anything on time ready for people's lunch break so that therefore I drive up to Snow Road today there's nothing there again no chicken no steak empty pants in the steam table six or seven people walking around but nothing is getting cooked then I have to wash some kid who's cooking the food turn around with his dirty underwear hanging out his pants that are hanging down to his ankles and then I looked to the right and there's one of your prep cook girls playing with her hair in the corner of the kitchen doesn't wash your hands in like it's right on the open like that's a health code violation he can't be playing with your hair in the middle of a kitchen I don't understand that this place is disgusting corporate needs to come in and take charge because I don't know what's going on with these Chipotles none of these restaurant can get anything together by the time they open they claim they had a catering order well so what so you're the catering order soon as every other restaurant ever have a catering order they always get their food out why bother opening up at 10:45 if you can't serve customers what's on your menu first was a steak El Pastor that was your special that was your hot menu item I went there four times in a row at 11:30 still couldn't get El pastor therefore I didn't get to enjoy that menu specialty item now I can't even order a simple chicken burrito for lunch I had to drive back and forth to try to find a place to eat just cuz Chipotle's failed me once again you guys should be ashamed of yourself this is a brand new restaurant plenty of people working for my point of view I count at least six or seven people just in the front who knows what you got in the back but if you can't seem to get chicken cut least for one order then maybe you should get another line of work you know or retrain your management to do their time management properly because there's no reason this shouldn't be open on time with at least chicken off of your customer what am I going to get a rice and Barbacoa with some corn burrito? I'm surprised you guys got 1.8 Stars this should be less than that

Ordered a beef burrito. Got it home only to find there was NO MEAT in it!! Service extremely slow. Would avoid. They don’t know what they are doing.
1st time never going back. Cold chicken, hard rice horrible service, rude. Ordered small side of chips and guacamole they gave me a large, (out of small)??? charged me for a large didn't tell me will go to waste, also the guacamole had skins in it, the person who made it didn't care. Never again, never, needs new management or close. Top price for crap.

Avoid this location. The food was poor, the place was dirty, they were out of so many ingredients, the staff was rude serval times. A couple of employees walked out. Probably THE worst Chipotle experience ever. And this is a brand new location. Very disappointed.

Food was mediocre at best. 1/2 scoop of rice, barely enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. By the time my bowl was finished, it was 1/3 full of what I used to receive. Service was doing her job, no more, no less. Not like it once was. Sad for the new Broadview/Snow Rd store
