Was given the wrong food and when I went to correct the issue employee gave me attitude and told another member of staff we were giving her attitudes when all we did was tell her what were missing. Genuinely sad that people can't be civil and professional nowadays.

Quick and fast and way cleaner than the one at Rockside road

So I had to go delete my one star review that I had for this place, I actually was never going to come back here but last week I gave it another try. It was the same server that took care of me last week as tonight. Her name was Tasha and she was awesome both times and has completely restored my faith in this place. She deserves a raise an employee of the month. She is really on point very friendly service definitely will go back now. Thanks Tasha and a better staff than before.

It’s 515 I placed my order online. The store is completely empty. I got to the store at 5:20. He said you’re 10 minutes early So apparently they can’t make your food when I put the earliest time they’re not even busy and they won’t give you my order until 520

I go here all the time. Usually when the store manager is on the back line cooking, the food is really good. The customer service from the store manager not so much. You can tell when someone took a job for the money and position rather than taking a job for the passion. It’s usually pretty dirty, food thrown all over the line, today was no exception. The store manager gave me the bottom of the rice, when I asked for extra, he scraped the bottom of the pan to get every last grain. He then proceeded to show me the brand new backup rice on the line, after barely adding enough rice. I gave up on speaking up at this point, because he seems to know right vs. wrong. The rice is always crunchy anyway, so there’s no point to enjoy. They ran out of chicken and my second option, sofritas was dryer than it is supposed to be. Everything looked like it had sat out longer than it should’ve. The food should’ve at least not been served. We need a new store manager at this location. Parmatown will get my money from now on.

girl at the counter had a bad attitude. was upset that it was busy all day even though there was nobody in line when we arrived….the line then got long because she was taking forever throwing the food together sloppy. we asked for the same thing at least 10 times and then she still didn’t put chips and queso out. She then proceeded to talk badly about us as we were getting forks and was telling her coworker she did not have to serve us because she could not focus on the customer or take accountability for her screw up… extremely rude and disrespectful. workers standing on their phones instead of getting the customers through the line. will not go back.

Had to increase my rating. The Pleasant Valley location had been horrible last few visits so decided to give Snow another try. Been there three times recently and they now have staff and food. Hopefully the trend continues.
I've tried this place three times now. It is in a convenient location. Each time the counter is very dirty, out of items like brown rice or cheese, and barely a scoop of the white rice they have. Perhaps there is a rice shortage? However the other one in Parma on Pleasant Valley is usually good, so I have gone out of my way to that location. However usually I just eat at home. Their food isn't worth the hassle...
3rd time I went there. 3rd full disappointment. There was a long line. The girl with the full yellow blond hair was just roaming at Round while nobody was helping customers. Finally the guy whose job is NoT to start the order started taking orders. White rice was gone. Waited there almost 30 minutes trying to get a simple bowl. Also small servings of everything. Not only meat but everything else. That location needs a serious corporate take over and re- training of staff. Really pathetic.... sad

We’ve ordered delivery from this Chipotle multiple times. I kid you not, there is a problem with our order every time. Missing food, wrong food, food we didn’t order. I do not recommend.

Wish I'd seen these reviews earlier. 3 times in, first no guacamole, ok, it can happen, but next time wife wanted chicken salad, no lettuce at 6pm on a Friday night, last night no cheese for steak and a chicken bowl. Add rude uncaring staff, poor parking, and complete lack of management direction. Cannot believe Chipotle allows this place to run this way. Other stores so much better. Go elsewhere!
