We came for an enjoyable night for my niece’s birthday and left the facility with 6 upset children. Around 9:50 the children gathered to the prize counter and waited patiently for the family before them to make their selection. When they were done, my children and my nieces were told (after waiting for 10 minutes) they it was now 10:00 pm and the prize counter was closed. I tried to explain to the manager Sophia that they were waiting for their turn but she kept insisting that it was 10:00 and they were closed. So I had to explain to the birthday girl and a few crying children that they were not going to select their prizes tonight and we were going to have to come back another day. On our way out, no one checked the numbers on our hands. We specifically asked if our hands needed to be checked to the manager on the way out Asking if anyone was going to check our hands and the manager replied, “ After 10 o’clock, our rulebook states we don’t have to check hands.” I’m not sure what rules Are in place at this location, but all I know is after spending nearly $450 I will not be back to this location. The manager Sophia is a real mess and extremely rude and inconsiderate and should not be working around children.

Took my grandkids there for some time away and they really enjoyed themselves. I like the new security method they put in place to make sure everyone that arrives together leaves together. I like that they don't give out the tickets 🎟️ anymore making it easier on the parents. I ordered food and it took longer than expected but it was good. Don't get the unicorn 🦄 churros.....🤢🤢 If the kids didn't like them that says something. The staff was great and always helpful.

Came in to inquire about monthly passes, the First Lady ignored my request and stamped my hand and sent me along my way and the other lady told me to go online to do it but I couldn’t so the basically said it suck’s to suck

The Forward Church
It’s definitely not the Chuckee Cheese that my older kids used to go to. It cost $54 for 3 kids to play for 30 mins! And additional $12 was charged because they gave them cards with coiled wristbands(I didn’t ask for these!) totaling $66 for 30mins. A large cheese pizza was $18.49 and if they wanted to drink with that, there was a $32 “special” available. The pizza was very basic. There was a square trampoline in lieu of the old play area. My 3-yr wanted to jump on it and the attendant informed me that would cost an additional $10. I literally almost spent a hundred dollars for 30 mins with 3 kids who left saying that they barely got to play anything. If you lower your prices, Chuckee, you will be able to fill the place up again! We were the only people in the building.

I just feel it wasn't worth the money I spent half the games wasn't even working an the price of food is crazy 10 bucks for a mini pizza it was like one bite full definitely not how it was back in the days . made it more complicated if u ask me

Fun sort of. No play tunnels anymore which sucks bad. They don't give many tickets out for the games anymore. And it was way too HOT in there for no reason.
