They just allow big kids to come inside and literally destroy machines and then tell the kid it's OK when he's hitting it so hard it's bouncing off the ground when he uses it the teens are all amazing who work here so normally we have an amazing time we come 3 or 4 times a week but today we had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with an older man dark hair with a beard and he was so rude the stamp he drug it across my hand causes scratches didn't know how to do his job so I assumed he was new and explained how they have to do it one pass at a time and even when another staff told him he just kept doing it his way he shouldn't work anywhere with people especially small children

The food definitely takes a while but the taste was exactly what I expected for Chuck E. Cheese food so no disappointments there. The establishment seems pretty clean and the lady at the front desk was nice.

Chuck E cheese franchise. Does not participate in scans and rewards with corporate. Workers SLOW but kind. Just ok.
I love this Chuck E. Cheese. The young women are so sweet to my children. The only thing that upsets me when coming to this location is the older gentleman that seems to be the manager. Dark hair, dark beard, and glasses. He is always at this location during after school hours(when I take my children). We have the GOLD fun pass as well so we’re here every other day. It started with him telling us to put the food back, that we grabbed from the salad bar because he said we hadn’t paid for the salad bar. I told him we paid and went to the front and received confirmation that we paid for the salad bar from the sweet young woman at the front register. We returned to the salad bar and he stood there watching us. Then he stood by our booth. He watched us eat. It made me uncomfortable and my oldest daughter as well. I also tried ordering pizza later on and he walked from behind the counter and left us standing there with nobody there. Now after about 3-4 days within the last two weeks of him hovering over my family it makes me not want to come to this location. It’s super close to me which is why we come play all the time. But once my family is uncomfortable it’s no longer fun.
Again, amazing staff other than that one older man who seems to follow us and hover whether we’re eating, or playing games.

My daughter had a great time as always but the food was mediocre at best we ordered a large pepperoni pizza and wings and it should have been a cheese pizza because it was about six pepperoni on the pizza and the chicken wasn't done enough for us

The trampoline says all day, but they would only allow the kids to jump for ten minutes and then close it for 30 minutes. Don’t waste your money on it. Even online says no time limit.
