Kids had a great time. Thank You
THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!!! This place has become money hungry and you're not even getting your money worth when it comes to food or anything. The most ridiculous part is you pay for a party package and food is not included in the price for one. $15 for 8 wings that are no bigger than a small strawberry and $15 for a medium cheese pizza, that was extra thin crust and dried out is ridiculous. Prices are entirely too high and the quality is not even subpar. The play area is an additional $15, smh. I can go to a real indoor play place and it's $2 more and more than a corner. A lot of the games don't work. It's a reason I stopped coming to this place years ago and I will NEVER come here again. If you're looking for a fun place to have a kids birthday party, Get Air in Middleburg or D&R playland in Brooklyn are great places, with food included in their packages and you can bring in your own food unlike this overpriced place. This is the biggest rip off.
Was a good time with the kiddos
This place is trifling! Have to pay to get in the jungle gym. When we were kids that was accessible to all kids. Have to pay $12 mon-Thursday $15 Friday-Sunday each time you go. Then you have to pay for your kids play card. Beauty of corporate greed! Went to the park across the street for free!
I love going here
Staff here was extremely rude. Younger goth girl working kept yelling at the kids playing. I had to ask her to not raise her voice to my child and they are kids playing that’s the point of this place for kids to play and have a good time. Overall for the kids chuckh cheese is a win and a blast. But if you and your kids want to he talked to like crap go to Parma.
I visited the Parma location with my cousin and her two children. We purchased the 30 points for $17.00 and two adventure passes for $15.00 each. While searching on the website we saw that there was a coupon for 1 pizza, 4 drinks, 120 points and two adventure passes for 64.99. This would have been a great deal for just a few more dollars and more value. When we asked the young lady up front why she did not advise of the deal when we had purchased the point and passes from her, the manager Darryl Jackson butted in stating that “we do not tell customers about the deals and coupons”. I have never heard any business that purposely keeps their patrons in the dark about deals or coupons. That is terrible customer service, especially at a time where every penny counts. Darryl Jackson was very condescending and unhelpful. We will not ever be returning due to this awful customer service experience. They also were supposed to have a boo-tacular night for kids with costumes which they did not haveand we were there after 6pm when the event was supposed to start. Terrible experience. Very disappointing.
Very good place for kids.
Very bed
I was there for my niece's birthday party. Every single table had a reserved sign on it. Our party had one of the long tables. There were at least a few dozen people in our party. The pizza was not good. We felt very rushed. Halfway through our party, the manager comes along and says he needs to move us to another table "so they can set up for another party". They grabbed everything off the long table and walked it all over to the other side of the party room and stacked everything on a small table only big enough for 2 people to sit. Even the seats had presents on them. We then had to continue the party with everyone standing. This place seems like they are seriously OVERBOOKED, and are basically shuffling people through the store as quickly as possible. They clearly care more about taking people's money than they do letting them have a good time, so that they'll return in the future. That's a very poor business model, IMO. I would never have a party at this place. The only nice part about it was the games.

Usually good experience but this time our stuff kept getting thrown out
I was at this location today with my kids and the manager that has a hat and glasses wearing black was there and he was completely rude and wouldn’t stop staring at us. We paid for pizza and we went to get our pizza and he said that wasn’t our pizza so I went back up to the front and the register leader confirmed that was our pizza and then he decided he was just gonna stare at us while we ate it. Everyone is nice on the staff, except that manager with the hat, glasses and wearing black. He shouldn’t be working where there’s kids
Few games.
My daughter can’t throw the basketball in the hoop so she was standing where the balls come out. The black older manager said she couldn’t do that. A black family did the same thing and he looked and never said anything. This manager is racist and doesn’t belong working here. Not the first encounter with him.
Online times and when you call in opening hours are wrong says they open at 10 AM on Thursdays got here around 10:15 AM and the door says they don’t open until 11 AM. That’s kind of ridiculous. You need to update your opening and closing times.
