The service was friendly and helpful — no issues there! The food, however, wasn’t quite to my taste. It felt a bit undercooked and too heavy for me. I’ve tried it several times, but it’s just not something I personally enjoy. 😶🌫️😷
That said, some of my family members have been buying from this place for almost a year now for their nonprofit and to share with friends — so it definitely has its fans.

I LOVE Crumble Cookies! The 2 young ladies working were super pleasant. I couldn't get a code for my phone when I went to order at the store. The girl at the register had me order online and it worked! I definitely will return to this Parma Crumble Cookies! Superior customer service! The girls and their smiles was great!
