I had the chicken and dumpling soup, and the dumplings were very tiny which I think we're actually spaetzle. The soup itself was very good and I also had the chicken cordon bleu and it was fresh, hot was delicious. I'm glad I asked for the cheese sauce on the side I didn't care for that as much, but you might like it. Usually good, but our waitress tonight kept disappearing for a while. Empty glasses the entire meal with no refills, we'd see our food in the window and no one to deliver it. Food was good though.
My husband and I fantasize about das schnitzel haus all the time 😠the food is unbeatable and the servers are kind and efficient. You can make your stop there 30 minutes (yes- the food is ready that fast!) or three hours if you want to have drinks at the bar. The atmosphere is relaxed and home-like. Price is on point. Get the jager schnitzel!
