Communication is good, food is not bad; but since I always look for a better service so i would look for a different location or be present at the location when i order. It happened once I placed an order and waited then it came out much better.
Pictures show how the wings and toppings needed more attention and cooking time, It probably needed a different sauce.

I recently placed an online order with this location and chose a pickup time more than an hour after submitting my order. The store was listed as open, the order went through without issues, and I received an email confirmation. However, when my husband arrived at the scheduled pickup time, the staff claimed the store was not open—despite three employees being present.
The customer service was extremely disappointing. All three employees were rude, but the female manager in particular was especially unprofessional. She said the order would take over an hour to make and insisted they would just cancel it. It was confusing and frustrating since the order system accepted the pickup time and confirmed it.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. The lack of communication, refusal to honor an online order, and rude behavior from the staff made it clear that customer service is not a priority at this location.
Foods good. This is the second time in a row. It's taking me three hours to get a pizza delivered. It's not a holiday. There is no event going on. There is no way this place is gonna be open next year

Waited for my pizza for about 40 minutes and I’m really disappointed. In the past my orders were always ready quickly, but ever since they changed the staff, everything has gotten much slower. I’ll probably never order from this location again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Genuinely the worst pizza I have ever tasted in my life dropped our order off at the wrong house and then took another hour to deliver our food. The woman on the phone was so unbelievably rude. I am never buying from here ever again. I genuinely gagged from the pizza. It doesn’t even taste like pizza. My stomach hurts from the pizza I can’t even over exaggerate how horrible this experience was. I don’t even leave reviews on bad places but THIS. Just horrible.

Terribly understaffed so ridiculous customer service. Ordered online and waited til time given to pick up to go there. Arrived and told will be another 25 - 30 mins. One poor girl there trying to do everything. Left, went to TJMaxx, shopped, came back 30 mins later. Still not ready. Now an annoyed crowd is forming in the pickup area. Three more workers now. Stood another 40 mins, phone ringing off the hook nobody answering cause workers frantically trying to keep up with orders they already had. Finally got my order 70 mins after was supposed to be ready and the pizza was not even that good. Management needs to do something.

I wish I would have read review before ordering. First time ordering. Ordered online it was here in 25 mins opens the the box not what I ordered opened the second box not
What I ordered but was ok to eat. Tried to call the store waited on hold for 20 mins put my phone done packed up the pizza drove to the store when I got there my phone said 47 mins. I walked in and said don’t you answer your phone she said I’m the only one working I won’t answer it’s to busy for me. I said I have the wrong pizza I just want my money back she said to leave the receipt she’ll do it at the end of the night I said no I want it done now and I’m not leaving my receipt with you. She did it so she said she did. She said look for a email in 24 hours it’ll confirm your refund. No refund called no answer for days. Finally went back up there 6 days later talked to some kid he said no there was no refund. Also contacted customer service before going there and they sent me a free coupon for a pizza that expires in 2 weeks. I’ll never order again

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I placed an online order Friday afternoon for 10 large pizzas for my son’s birthday party on Saturday. I selected to pick them up at 12:45 on Saturday. At 10:30pm on Friday, I got a call confirming my order for the following day. I went to pick them up and they told me they did not have my order. We were late to his own birthday party and the entire day was ruined. I contacted support and they offered me a 50% off coupon that expires in two weeks. Seriously? Stay away from here.

Placed an online order at 7:01 p.m. paid online for the pizza. Went to the store and was told by the young lady that it would take about 10 more minutes. It was already 8:01 pm. An hour after I'd already placed the order. Turns out my pizza was not in the oven and I was meant to be told it was going to take another 20 minutes. Every customer that came in after that had place orders online and was told their order would take 45 minutes to an hour because they were behind or she was working alone. Whatever the case may be, this is really pathetic service from Domino's. You placed the order online. It tells you between 9 or 19 minutes. You get there an hour later and still no food. I canceled my order to get my money back. With so much technology available Domino's you should be able to do a lot better with notifying your customers of any delays. This is poor business practice.

This place is awful. They took my money, marked my pizza as delivered but it wasn’t. I called and called, no answer. So I went up to the store at 5pm and it was all locked up with the lights off. I tried to call the next day for a refund, they refused to give me a refund. Never again.
It is 645 on a Tuesday and after going through the entire ordering process online, I get a message saying no team members are clocked in. If something happened I get it, but dont let me go through the entire ordering process before telling me the store is closed.

Made a mobile order for pickup for when I got off work hours in advance. Got the store the open sign was on but the door was locked and the inside was completely dark and shut down. Luckily I chose the option to pay in store so I don’t have to deal with the hassle of getting my money back but that was ridiculous my family was waiting on that pizza. Pretty unacceptable might as well close that store up.
