Waited 2 hours for delivery, food was delivered cold.. my chicken bacon ranch sub had hardly anything on it, it was burnt and not even placed together correctly.

Avoid this location. I ordered a pizza online, and when I showed up, they said it was still another half-hour wait. I asked to cancel my order, but the manager no called work and the delivery, driver who was making pizza didn't know how to cancel orders. They took my information and have to refund me the next day when a manager comes in. Terrible service. Avoid this location. Pearl rd in Parma is just as bad.

I placed an order for delivery for 2 pizzas. I received an order within 30 minutes. I paid in cash and also tipped the driver who refused to bring my order to my door. When I finally got it, the order was incorrect. I called and spoke with Xavier and she ensured me she would have my order redelivered correctly. She said I would receive it by 4 as it was nearly 330 and there were other deliveries before mine. I called back at 5 an hour after the order was supposed to be here and some other employee answers and tells me the manager is on her way with my food. An hour later with no food I called back and was told the manager was not in, and to call back in an hour. I called back and talked to Jessica who told me there was still no manager in the building and as I was speaking she hung up on me. I called back and she refused to answer the phone. 5 hours after I received the wrong food I am still waiting to hear from a manager. I do NOT recommend this establishment, they are extremely unprofessional, and unwilling to fix mistakes they make.

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they fixed it with no questions asked the staff is always so polite and friendly. I really appreciate that they handle any issues as professionally and fairly as possible. My gluten free pizza was amazing. Thanks dominos Broadview!!

This is the 2nd time I ordered extra mushrooms on my pizza but got very little. Also, the 2nd time I ordered parmesan cheese packets and got none. I paid for the parm packets. The pizza is very good but I'm upset about losing money each time.

Do not walk into this Domino's Pizza, I was a walk in, the person who was working behind the counter didn't even recognize me didn't say welcome it'll be a few minutes or sorry for your way or anything, I walked out without placing an order. I will never go back.

Our power was out all day yesterday due to the storm so we figured pizza would be a good option for dinner for our kids. I placed our order at 10:28pm. An hour goes by and we started calling them and they never answered their phone. We called about 5 times in a matter of an hour and a half (they close at 12am). No one ever answered the phone. I was ready to cancel it. The driver ended up at our door at 12:40 am!!!! As you can imagine with ice cold pizza with a pool of grease in the middle. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. I tried calling them this morning to let them know and every time I called, someone kept answering the phone then hanging up! Never ordering from this location again. The driver was really sweet though.
