This used to be one of my go to pizza spots always. I always tipped well and often even called them to praise how happy I was with my food. The last two times I ordered, it was just horrendous and expensive. Calzone- Calzone was just dry and gross. Was more like I had already re-heated it 20 times in the oven. Salad-came in the same bag so was wilted and warm. Bread Sticks-2 stale breadsticks and a tiny marinara for 3.39 or something. Barely edible. Gave Delivery instructions, then started started getting calls and texts from door dash. Instructions likely were not given. I am so bummed out I used to brag about this place. But it is time to move on :(

The delivery driver pretended to not know I ordered 2 pizzas and not just one. Acted like he just Found a whole pizza on the front passenger seat.

Placed a delivery order on the website, selected cash on delivery. I sat around waiting for an hour before I called. When someone finally answered, I was told they did not deliver cash orders and I could place an order through door dash and pay with a card instead.My order was never going to be delivered, and nobody bothered to call to let me know.

Ordered online right from Donatos at 6:41, delivery time given was 7:16. At 7:30 I called the store and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes because they only had one driver. While I understand that the system sets the delivery time, I'm sure the employees are able to see the promised time. A phone call would have been appreciated.

Ordered Donatos for the first time today for myself. I ordered one chocolate chunk cookie, 1/2 garlic asiago cheese bread, and medium hand tossed serious cheese pizza. The cheese bread was ok. I have tasted better, way better. The pizza looks burnt or overcooked, and not even cheesy. It tastes pretty bad. The cookie is visibly warm as can be seen from the bag it's in. The package says it has sea salt. If I had seen that online when I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered it. There is too much sea salt for me. The cookie overall is good though. I won't order from here again. Gave it a 2 because the food was hot and the cookie was good.

This was a pizza place I used to absolutely love. The pizza now isn't impressive. No way is it "edge to edge pepperoni" that's just silly. The flavoring I feel like is gone too like not enough seasoning if any. Whenever I order a cheesy bread it's burnt to hell. The salad portion is skimpy. Also I think the orders are subpar if you order on a delivery app. That's pretty ridiculous.

Love going to places where there's moody teenagers working with attitude. They also don't wear hair nets while cutting and making the food. Let's hope no long hair falls into my pizza.

The most horrible experience I’ve ever experienced in delivery!!!????? first off they said a time? Then 25-minutes after that? Decided to assure that it was put under delivery! Then the driver is nowhere near us as he said he was!! Then I see it said delivered!!! And we have not received any food’. The worst thing is that the last time I ordered food from the Parma location it never was made and so I had to sit for 20-minutes waiting for them to finally freaking make the order that I had called in for pick up !!!! So unprofessional it’s disturbing to think these people exist in this world
