Prices are more expensive than other Dunkin’ locations in the area
Do not come to this location. Its a private owned dunkin. So all their prices are inflated. Don't believe me put an order in for this store then place one for the ridge road location by parmatown. At least 2 dollars difference.

I have been to this location a few times now and I’m really not a fan. Yes, the food was good, but the service is lacking. I didn’t rate the atmosphere because I did not go inside. I went through the drive thru. Every time I go to this location I have to always repeat myself. I don’t get anything difficult. Literally just an iced coffee with a few things in it and this time I got a piece of Avacodo toast. Every time I get my coffee I am either cut off mid part ordering it or I have to repeat it again. Then today when I got the toast as well, I was cut off with “is that it??” when I was about to say what else I wanted.
I’m not trying to be mean or anything, but listening is key. I’m sure there are other people who order way more difficult things and a lot more than me. It sucks because this location is convenient at times, like today when I shopped at Aldi. I guess I’m going to have to start going out of my way again to Parma Heights. I’ve never had a problem there.

BEWARE! This location jacks up their prices insanely. I ordered a Med Bluerasperry coolatta and was shocked to hear it was $6. I asked the guy at the drive-thru when it went up to $6 and he gave me attitude and threw my receipt in the trash before I could even ask for it. All other locations in the area, including the Ridge Rd Dunkin charges $3.99 for the same item. Will never go here again.

Absolutely 💯 THE BEST COFFEE! LOVE the MIDNIGHT BLEND. The staff are absolutely amazing and courteous. Have stopped by a few times when coming to Cleveland....and the quality is always the best!!!

If you’re a resident of Parma, I highly recommend driving a few extra minutes to the Dunkin on Ridge Rd if you can. For some reason the prices are different and Ridge is much cheaper. I can get a large iced latte at ridge for $5 and at snow rd a medium is $6. Also the service is soo much better at the other location. Snow rd they don’t say hi or good morning or have a nice day they just reach their hand out of drive through window and stare at you. I’ve said thank you and have a good day and get zero response. They just come off very very rude.

Manager has a broken attitude, most girls ( except the Muslim one) wears jeans that fits their brain ( means rude and unprofessional). Thank God I'm not a fan of Dunkin!

Extremely expensive compared to other dunkins. They charge $1 for tap water that is free at every other dunkin I've ever been to (in addition to purchase). The same coffee I get at this store costs 70 cents more than the one by my house. Crazy.
The lids for the coffee they are now using are cheap. They are weakening from the heat of the coffee. Please switch to a better quality lid. The old ones were better.

Absolutely terrible! Every time I go here they screw something up!
Mini bagel bites- never hot! And when asked to re- heat they argue back!
I asked for a hot peppermint mocha/ I received an iced hot chocolate!!
The doughnuts are stale!
A pup cup is 2$ when you can get a FREE 1 at STARBUCKS!
Sorry DUNKIN! But maybe you should consider who you hire! And make sure they know how to make coffee/ follow instructions on how their specialty coffees should be made… take time in training your employees. Don’t just throw them on the register or in the back to cook- not knowing what to do!
STARBUCKS FOR LIFE! ✌🏽👋🏽
