Several times I order ahead of time 20 30 mins order says ready on screen nothing is ever ready .lines always to street they take one care at a time . I never see a manager one guy making sandwiches on always cussing talking to him self one who stands there lost . 3nd time I ordered two large coffee a coco mocha a butter pecan and some sandwiches sandwich is missing cheese coffees taste like water Terrible service 0 stars does anyone manage this dunkin its AWFUL!

I went through the drive through and ordered a hot chocolate for my child. The young lady handed me a dangerously hot cup of very diluted black coffee, probably 75% boiling water and confirmed it was hot chocolate. I went into the store to get it corrected and the hot chocolate machine was dry and had to be refilled which took several minutes. Instead of letting me know they were out of hot chocolate she gave me boiling water with a splash of black coffee. And to make things worse, they were laughing about it amongst each other while I was still in the store. When I called the store to speak to a manager about the situation, it was the young woman who gave me the cup to begin with.

Made an online order, get there 10 minutes later. I wait for 20 minutes with no one asking me about my order or anyone acknowledging me. I eventually get fed up and ask if they have my order and it was sitting on the counter the entire time :/ Pretty annoying experience.

Tried to order a latte at 7pm and they told me they couldn’t make it because they were cleaning the espresso machine.. cleaning machines 2 hours before closing?!? What’s the point of being open

Terrible every time. My partner wants it most times and every time they mess up the order. This time, completely missing the stuff for one person entirely. Ridiculous.
the drive thru took at least 20 min with only two cars in front of me, my mobile order was made incorrectly, i asked for light ice but instead they filled my cup with 90% ice. I ordered a drink at the speaker to add on and that was out 5-10 min before my mobile order. I have frequent problems with my orders at this dunkin’, which is disappointing bc it’s only 5 min from home.

I stop at this location very rarely….every single time with out a doubt they mess up my order. I get a large caramel craze latte with 6 pumps of caramel…every time it’s wrong…the size missing the toppings. Last time the milk was curdled!
