Very disappointed, I was with my daughter in evening about 7:00 PM. Ordered two different coffees basic. On Carmel coffee with cream, and one ice coffee mocha signature latte with cream. My daughter's was just black coffee, mine was like hot water in a cup. So went back, and went in to ask for correct coffee. Was not busy at all, they were all on their phones and just stared at us. When we ordered, and when we went back no customers around. NO excuse put the phones away, and do your jobs.Kid-friendliness: evening visit, they need to be more personal to people.

I ordered 6 orders of hash browns but only received one! I should have checked before I left but they won't do anything about it unless I come back in person. My kids are sick and was excited about getting donuts and hash browns and after waiting 20 min in line...10 min being stand still they still messed it up. I'm not about to drag them back out because Dunkin screwed up! I need a refund ASAP!!

Place is always so slow, but unfortunately is the closest to my work. Needed to get a coffee for someone on the way home and sat in the drive thru for 17 minutes as there was only 2 other cars in front of me. Last time! Go elsewhere if you want to get a coffee on the same day you ordered it!!!
