Was out this way for a appointment for my daughter. Me my mom and my daughter wanted some lunch so we stopped thru the drive thru, our coffees were made fine but our 2 orders of the pretzel Swiss sandwiches were ice cold , and the lady who took the order was rude and also slammed her window on us when we tried saying that we still needed our doughnuts as well. I spent over 20 dollars on my entire order.

This Dunkin Donuts is a consistently bad experience. They are either out of products or stale, or if its in stock its below par service. The providers often serve cold food that should be hot and a regular coffee with cream and sugar has more of the latter than former in the cup. If a breakfast competitor came to this side of town, this Dunkin location might go out of business.

Ordered 3 jelly donuts and an iced coffee with light ice at drive through. All was repeated back. After driving away I ended up with 2 jelly donuts and 1 chocolate cream. Iced coffee was filled to top of cup with ice, definitely not light!

Almost zero available items, which i could understand being this late in the day. However both the drive thru employee and "manager" were extremely disrespectful and rude. No smile, total, or updated total after using my dunkin rewards. We waited extremely long for our food in silence. When the food came out it was all stuffed in one ting bag, crumpled up, with a crumpled up bunch of napkins at the top. Upon driving away all of our food was upside down in the bag including briskets scrambles that were leaking and covered in grease. My chicken and roasted red pepper wrap was completely cold.
I go to dunkin almost every day before work but had never been to this location before. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dunkin, let alone a fast food restuarant in general.
I hope everyone in this store gets reprimanded for their terrible terrible service. I cannot believe that this establishment is running the way it is. Upon speaking with the "manager" there was not even any condolences or apology or a solution to keep the customer happy. I will not be re visiting this location.

They are always out of everything! From drink carriers to mocha flavoring they don’t seem to stock very well. Also you can go at 12:30 pm and be told they are OUT of donuts. How is a donut shop out of donuts?! Once tried to order avocado toast and was told they were out of sourdough. Once tried to order a breakfast sandwich at 1pm and was told they were cleaning their cooking stations and unable to make food. Crazy!

Been going to this location for years went a week ago and they totally gave me hot water! Forgot to put in the coffee, espresso, etc. I didn't go back or anything. Today I go again and same thing happened. I called there and manager was rude, said they are training people and that was it. Never offered to replace it or anything. Then she just hung up. This it TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I am going to call corporate. To have this happen 2x and then see reviews on here and manager to not offer anything, I literally spent $20 on HOT WATER. This manager should be fired!!!!

I have exclusively been going to this location for at least two years and never had an issue with them until this winter. I don’t know why but everytime I order my drink.. simple on the menu macchiato. Medium hot macchiato with oat milk and whatever flavor I chose for the day… I now consistently get half a cup of froth when macchiatos are more expensive and even says on the app and website for Dunkin’ they get NO FROTH just hot milk flavor and double espresso.
The pictures I included are from a couple weeks ago but today I wish i took a picture before I gave it back and asked the young man to fix it. It was less than half a cup of hot milk/coffee and most of the cup was froth. By fixing it he topped it off with cold milk and sent me on my way. I refuse to continue going to this location because it is absurd the service and the lack of general knowledge (training) of what differentiates the drinks is almost infuriating at this point. So disappointing. I don’t pay $5 for half a cup of coffee. I have never ordered a cappuccino which does have a thick layer of froth. Ridiculous.

Didn’t appreciate the eye roll from the employee when they saw my hat. They don’t have to like it. But they are in customer service and should show no response at all. Nor did I appreciate their lack of response when I said “thank you, have a nice day”. Total lack of respect for customers and zero customer service skills. I’ll pick a different store next time.
