The cappuccino was watery and not filled properly (same as the other dunkin), and they wouldn’t offer the half-price donuts around 7 PM( even though dinning area closes around 8 PM) The croissant and service were good, though, but the staff seemed surprised to see a Muslim woman in a full black veil, which made me feel like I landed from another planet 😁🥰

Last week I went here and my hot Chai latte was almost cold and tasted like old coffee. I couldnt even drink it and had to throw it away. I called to let them know and they said their machine must be broken, but there was nothing they could do to make it right. Then I went back today and got someone else's order all together. Not gon call n tell them about it this time cuz im sure they won't make this mistake right either. So im just going to find another location to give my business to.

terrible staff, we ordered a cold drink and a coffee that we paid for, but only received a cold drink, asked why there was no coffee that we paid for, they replied in a rude tone that we did not order and they did not hear it, they are cheating people that we paid for, but did not receive the order and did not return it to us, terrible girls who speak rudely.

Worst dunkin I've ever been to. Only like one of their employees is even a little friendly, especially if you go inside. They almost never have their food prepared in the morning. Two weeks ago I ordered a medium Chai and the cup was only half full. Today I ordered a Chai with pumpkin syrup and they gave me a matcha with pumpkin syrup but with the correct sticker on the cup. Like how do you mix those two things up and why would someone want pumpkin in a matcha. There is always an issue at this location and they don't answer the phone when you call. Some better training needs done here or something. I worked at a dunkin and we would have all been fired if we had this many screw ups.

Stopped there today. Went to the door and they were locked. There was a sign that said drive thru open. Sorry but I want to watch you prepare my order as there are too many negative issues with this location.
This is the worst Dunkin. Staff is very rude. Cannot get an order right to save their life.

I work near this location so I go here frequently. Today I went to unwrap my sandwich and found a smashed bug in the wrapper. I am overly disgusted by this. Almost everytime my croissant sandwich is burnt and tastes very old. Everything tastes like it’s been sitting for a while and I get it before 8am. Almost every time the drive thru workers are extremely rude and get upset when they forgot something. There’s a new worker I saw today in the window who was very sweet didn’t catch a name but thank you! I don’t know why I still try to come back to this place but after today I won’t be back.

Asked if I can get the strawberry refresher drink with just regular milk instead of oat milk because I have an allergy. They told me they couldn’t do that even though every other dunkin I’ve been to are able to make that for me no problem.. very strange won’t be coming back

I'm sorry, but this Dunkin' Donuts is very nasty on the inside. The worker at 8 o'clock in the morning had her 3 kids. I'm sitting there watching up tv on a tablet why she worked. Some of the workers are just rude and disrespectful. They don't care if they messed up your order. Management incorporate, definitely. Needs to make a surprise, appearance. And see what the problem is at this store, because it definitely is not the customers. Yes, places get rude customers. But when your workers just don't care, it doesn't help
