Asked if I can get the strawberry refresher drink with just regular milk instead of oat milk because I have an allergy. They told me they couldn’t do that even though every other dunkin I’ve been to are able to make that for me no problem.. very strange won’t be coming back

I'm sorry, but this Dunkin' Donuts is very nasty on the inside. The worker at 8 o'clock in the morning had her 3 kids. I'm sitting there watching up tv on a tablet why she worked. Some of the workers are just rude and disrespectful. They don't care if they messed up your order. Management incorporate, definitely. Needs to make a surprise, appearance. And see what the problem is at this store, because it definitely is not the customers. Yes, places get rude customers. But when your workers just don't care, it doesn't help

This has to be one of the dirtiest places id ever seen. I asked for my money back. I was not eating or drinking anything from this place. It was 5pm the girl said morning shift had left it that way. So its 5pm, and hasnt been cleaned since morning?? I will say the young girl with black hair, and light eyes at the register was a total sweethear.
Placed a mobile and was told it was ready when I pulled into the drive thru. Continued to sit at the window for 2 minutes before being acknowledged and told they didn’t have one of my items. Rude service, poor quality items, not worth your money. I wasn’t going to leave this review until I saw other people have had issues with the staff.

Do you want to wait 20 minutes for the most stale donut you’ve ever tasted? Do you want to order something simple and have it completely messed up? Look no further than the Broadview Dunkin. If I was an author, I bet I could write a book on how bad this location is just while waiting for a cup of black coffee

This location constantly messes up my order. I ordered an oatmilk latte with unsweetened vanilla, I was given a mocha swirl? Not sure how they got a mocha swirl out of an oatmilk latte. I politely told them what I ordered and they remade it. Then I received an iced coffee with vanilla swirl, which is again what I did not ask for. Staff is also rude. The staff at the window never say hello, they just take your money and shove the drink in your face.

This store has improved a lot since the last time I was here. When I pulled up to the order board they immediately told me that they didn't have something from my order and gave me different substitutions. Not a long wait either.
