I was really disappointed with my recent order. When the food arrived, there was a handwritten note saying that certain items were “out of order,” including one of the items I was most looking forward to. I was not refunded and nothing was offered as a replacement. Mistakes happen, but charging for something you did not provide and not addressing it at all is frustrating. I expected better customer service.

I really wanted to give a positive review but.... I tried this place when it first opened yrs ago. It was pretty good but I never went back. I saw that they really expanded the menu so I tried it again. The chicken skewers were pretty good but the rice and fried plantains not so much. The Cuban Sandwich was so sloppy drowning in grease and mustard. Impossible to eat because they didn't cut the bottom bun in half. The biggest fail to me was the sweet, bread & butter pickles used instead of dill! I've had traditional CS from many places, never without dill pickles! The Nutella & strawberry empanada was just chocolate syrup that mostly leaked out all over the bag. ZERO strawberry and it tasted like old grease. $45 and I could barely salvage a meal. The workers seemed nice but there was a language barrier. I wish I could give a better review. It's a shame, I live in Parma and pass it all the time.

Amazing Puerto Rican food in Parma, the food is always on point !! Fresh, clean. You definitely need to stop by there Parma location or west 25th in CLE
This was awful! No flavor pernil was bland, mofongo with garlic shrimp, could not taste a hint of garlic. Yuca alcapuria again no flavor. I drove over 2 hrs and highly disappointed. I will continue to go to El Kefon in Lorain. It's amazing and tons of flavor.

I don’t use GrubHub and no one ever answers the phone and I don’t mind going in there to place an order and waiting.the other day last week I was in there there were two people talking behind the door. We said hello. We rang the bell. They just ignored us, so we just walked out
