I ordered a banana milkshake and they gave me a vanilla milkshake they didn't put the bananas in the milkshake next time when someone asks for a banana milkshake make sure you give them a banana milkshake not a vanilla milkshake

Have gone to this and many Five Guys locations in the past. Whenever I have gone here in the past with family members or friends- the food is always good and the service is great. The only minor thing I would attend to is to keep the dining room clean for all guests to use.

3 burgers, a small fry, and a hotdog is $40.25. All of the burgers' toppings were beyond wrong, explicitly said no onions on a burger and it was covered in them, asked for grilled onions on another and got another mountain of raw onion

The food is good for the burger and large fries with the big portion size. The employees are very nice. Place is well maintained and convenient to stores close by for a quick snack. The problem is that the Cheeseburger is very overpriced at $10 and the large fries are $7. I know because of never frozen patties, the peanut oil, and large portions. If you are allergic to peanuts, this isn’t the place for you.

I used to really like the place but the quality is going downhill fast employees don't care more like play time for them very sad to see them go downhill like this not many decent places left

We arrived there shortly after 11a and they were slow which was pleasant. Fries were made as requested. The cashier was very nice.
There was an incident with my daughter’s best friend at this location last night. The staff was absolutely amazing with him. They had him stay in the restaurant after it had closed to keep him safe since he’s a minor, they gave him a meal, there was a staff member who even gave him her name and number in case he ever needs anything. They went above and beyond for a kid they didn’t know. I can’t thank the staff that was there with him and I hope they get some sort of recognition because they went above and beyond for a kid that they didn’t know anything about. It was truly heartwarming to see people not see anything but a kid who needed help and they stepped up to the plate and then some ❤️So all the people griping about you food not being right or having this or that to complain about try to put yourselves in the employees shoes. Everyone has their own battles they’re dealing with and if you can make someone’s day better by being patient or respectful, you never know the impact it might have.

This place used to be good. But now it’s constantly dirty, the fries are always hard and the workers are rude. I went there yesterday and they gave us bbq sauce that tasted like it was expired. The food didn’t even taste that good. It all tasted bland and like it was getting close to its expiration date.

This location is ALWAYS filthy. Finding a clean table is damn near impossible. The floors are always covered in trash and food. We come here for the fries and so I can get a shake with bacon.
