Super friendly, helpful and patient staff.
Great products! Deli counter is my favorite -- olives, deli meat, cheese --- all fantastic. Not the cheapest place in town, but not the most expensive. We really enjoy Gentile's!

Food is good. But the lady in cash register passing the hot food is so rude screaming at the customer that's not inviting.

We went with Gentile's Bakery for our wedding after tasting their pastries from a friends wedding and they did not disappoint! Communication was easy and we were able to book/pay in advance. We received nothing but compliments on the assorted pastries & they were truly our favorites! We even were able to customize their delicious cassata cake to be heart shaped for our wedding cake! Everything tasted amazing and would 100% recommend them to anybody.

I have been here once before, however this was the first time i bought anything. The pizza i have to say was pretty good. I was going to get one of their sandwiches, however they were out on their counter, not chilled and they were where customers were leaning over them, coughing over them, and their germs were just able to transfer on to the sandwiches b/c they weren't covered. They weren't very appealing like that. Maybe if they were in a display case, chilled and away from customers then maybe I would've bought a sandwich. They honestly, did not look they were selling any sandwiches displayed like that. I wonder what the health department would say about their display like that. I think I will keep to buying things in their display cases.

You can't go wrong with this fine Italian establishment in Parma.. Fresh Sandwiches made daily very good fresh hot pizza ready to go by the slice.. an amazing Deli selection for meats and cheeses
