Earlier tonight it took more than 20 minutes to check out TWO items. Slow, lackluster service and slow, dazed customers. Was not that busy. Place needs a makeover.

I had to reach out and say thank you for a wonderful experience. I hosted a clambake this past weekend for over 30 of my family and friends. The clams were clean, no sand, none of the clams were broken, they all opened and they were amazing!! I had so many compliments on the clams. The service at the seafood counter was also excellent.

We order cakes from GE Bakery fairly regularly for retirement parties, but the last 3+ cakes have been terrible quality. I was promised something entirely different than I was given. The cake taste great, but the decorating was awful. The script was not straight or made to fit nicely in the space. It looked like a 1st grader did it. I know I could do it better. I am just so disappointed with the rude woman there and the awful decorating they've done. They just lost a big customer.

You should really consider retraining your deli staff with some customer service skills. I waited for five minutes as the only person behind the counter checked meat case temperatures, restocked nearby shelves, and completely ignored all my attempts to get his attention.
The cashier situation at this store is horrible. Never go here if you have to be somewhere afterwards. I've been forced to leave empty handed a dozen times. All I am asking for is for more people to take my money faster. Is that so hard?
