Usually get very good pizza from them but lastnight we ordered and got horrible pizza bottom was burnt , the pizza tasted like it sat out for hours . I dont think I will be returning for awhile...

This was my first and last time trying Giovannis.The girl who took my order & the delivery guy were very nice and courteous. The pizza was burned on the top & bottom! And the cheese had a funky smell as soon as I opened it! My neighbors & I threw it in the garbage and went out to eat! NASTY PIZZA!!!

Decent pizza so I give 2 stars. However, I ordered for I believe the 5th time tonight and I just can't understand how so many hairs end up in the pizza... out of the 5 times I've ordered, 3 times I've had more than one hair in my pizza(s). Tonight we ordered 4 pizzas and a cheese bread. 3 of the pizzas had hair (found by guests who never ate it so that wasn't cool) and the cheesy bread had a hair as well. The pizza is great but I'm over it-tonight will most likely be the last order from us. Also, it was understaffed tonight so everyone was waiting extra long to pick up (that's whatever) and somehow with the only two male employees working hair ended up in 3 of my separate pies and in the cheese bread!!!! Come on Giovanni's! I'm not one to complain but only when something is consistent like this I give a bad review. I gave y'all a chance but now I'm disappointed.

Decided to try due to seeing the banner, so was about 30 min away from this location. Called to place order thinking it would be enough time by the time we got there. The gentleman answering phone needed lots of help. Took us over 20min to order 2 things. It wasnt because phones were ringing off hook either. Get there had to wait 20 more min for pizza and come to find out the guy who answered was a manager!! Maybe a more qualified person on the phones would make me want to order there. Because even when we got there the manager made us feel awkward and uncomfortable. Telling us if there is a problem on next order he would take a discount off, we didnt want a discount just our pizza. It was ok pizza not worth the hassel though
The banner over the door say, "Voted best in Parma." Don't believe it. There's no way.

Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy store. Great prices. Loved their pizza. It's mainly a take-away restaurant with very limited seating...bar-stool style. Overall excellent pizza at a great price. Will certainly eat again. Thanks.
