Amazing staff working the night shift tonight. I wish I could remember their names, but both staff members I spoke to were incredibly polite and helpful. They accidentally gave is the wrong wing sauce and sent someone out the same night to deliver the correct order and gave a partial refund. Highly recommend this location.

The baked potato pizza didn't have any sauce on it, so it was incredibly bland and dry. They also forgot our ranch and sour cream, even after confirming that they were in there while handing the food over. Would not try their pizza again.

These don’t look like hot buffalo wings to me…they don’t taste like it either. In fact there isn’t a drop of sauce on them. But still good wings and pizza.

I ordered the Big New Yorker Pepperoni Pizza.. It was so good and filling.. I ordered it with them having only 30 minutes to close, and they were so nice about it that they were willing to do it for me. Nice staff, clean environment, and was cooked on the time they said it was going to be done.

I wish I didn’t move away, this Parma store is just full of goodness, the manager Ashley, super profesional very sweet, hard worker and very patient, I really recommend this store I am considering moveing back to Parma just because when you had a long day single parent, don’t have time to cook, they bail you out, everybody eats they actually take your order and if there was a honest mistake they make sure you are taken care of, God bless Ashley and the Parma staff.

We order a couple times a month. It's our favorite local spot. As a former pizza place cook I know it's top notch food prepared well. Ironically last week was the first error on the order we ever had. I was so hungry I had two slices of calzone finished before I realized they had given me the wrong one. Not much to do at that point. I let them know hoping it was in time to fix the other person's order. They were apologetic but didn't offer to replace or discount. Honestly I was too tired to go back anyways. I ate what I got and went to bed. We will order next week like we always do. Stuff happens.
