I Heart Mac & Cheese - Parma, OH

First time here, I’m kind of a Mac and cheese snob, it is delicious ? very cheesy, loads of flavor and the pasta was cooked perfectly. I’ll definitely be back here.

Don't order from this restaurant thru Uber eats. If they don't have a item in stock they cancel your order and keep the money! This all happened on March 30rd! I'm now out of $85.47 x2 after calling and being told on the phone they were out of ingredients an I would be refunded in 3 to 5 days, because they canceled on their end. But in app it was canceled saying that I requested the cancel. Ridiculous they took my money twice but i didn't even get anything from them.

I went to this restaurant to try something new and different and the owner who works here explained to me and my partner about the whole menu since we never came here before. So he explained every detail about his menu and as well what comes with it so we order best of both worlds very cheesy and delicious the bread and cheese and the sauce made it perfect then we order the cheesy Philly bowl that was delicious. I definitely recommend the best of worlds

Love this place but to go is always an issue! Check ur bag before you leave! I’ve made the mistake twice and they forgot the soup the first time and then tater tots the second time. You call and all they say is “sorry I’ll put your name down to come get it another day”. You spend 60$ on two meals and tip them and they still forget something so minor. They just need to slow down and complete orders correctly. Food is great at least so it makes up for it when you actually receive it. Very disappointed.

The owner Aziz was so friendly and wonderful to work with. We did take out catering and he even helped carry it to my car. The food was delicious! They offer gluten and vegan options too which is wonderful. The restaurant had a cheerful, bright atmosphere and was very clean. We will definitely be going back again!

Over priced for the vary small portions that they give you. There is hardly any meat in the mac and cheese. The noodles way over cooked and nothing but Mush. I would not recommend this place to anyone trying to bring a family here you will all leave hungry.

The food was amazing, there is so many options to choose from and they all look so good, personally I had the classic Mac n cheese. The owner was super friendly and checked up on us while we ate. The atmosphere is great, the decor of the inside has a nice warm feeling and is very clean. I highly recommend trying this
