I couldn't belive the amount of meat on my sandwich (forgot to photograph)! This is the only good, quality sub place that exists. The roast beef is the color it should be - pink, not grey-brown. The bread is fresh, the staff is friendly. Get the pepper relish for a tastebud explosion!

Jersey Mike's is delicious. We've tried a variety of their subs, and they were all terrific. Fresh, and filling! My 4 star rating for service is only because they seemed to be a bit short staffed, only two men working, and they had a steady flow of customers and to-go orders.

Worst experience ever at a jersey mike's. Buying a sub for small children the old mean lady straight said she would not cut my sub into 8 pieces instead of 4? I will never come to this establishment ever again. You are lucky I already paid or I would of canceled my order. I have been getting sandwiches cut into 8 slices for the 9 years that i have lived in parma. Terrible customer service!!!!

Parking: It's in a shopping center so sharing it with other customers.. the drivers that park here aren't the greatest at parking straight or driving at the right speed.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. You can sit and eat inside. Better version of a subway restaurant.its clean and you feel the clean

Familiar faces at this location always ready to serve with a smile. The staff was having a rough day with customers and we somehow brightened their day. Glad to be able to help and my roast beef sandwich was made to absolute perfection!!!

Bacon chicken ranch and was searching for the chicken very sparse for the money.
Please tell the older guy what a toasted sub is. It’s not just putting meat on a grill. Even the young kid there knew exactly what I wanted. The buns get toasted.

This was my first visit to this location. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. There was a man slicing meat like a mad man! He was making 5 or 6 subs and still greeted me! My #6 was delicious as always. Employees were all friendly and busy.
