I came into Jersey Mike’s today to order a viral TikTok sandwich and it didn’t disappoint! The employee even knew exactly the sandwich I wanted and fixed it to perfection (even though I forgot two ingredients & had to return for them lol).

I couldn't belive the amount of meat on my sandwich (forgot to photograph)! This is the only good, quality sub place that exists. The roast beef is the color it should be - pink, not grey-brown. The bread is fresh, the staff is friendly. Get the pepper relish for a tastebud explosion!

Jersey Mike's is delicious. We've tried a variety of their subs, and they were all terrific. Fresh, and filling! My 4 star rating for service is only because they seemed to be a bit short staffed, only two men working, and they had a steady flow of customers and to-go orders.

Worst experience ever at a jersey mike's. Buying a sub for small children the old mean lady straight said she would not cut my sub into 8 pieces instead of 4? I will never come to this establishment ever again. You are lucky I already paid or I would of canceled my order. I have been getting sandwiches cut into 8 slices for the 9 years that i have lived in parma. Terrible customer service!!!!
