Ordered a thin crust greek pizza for take out. Upon getting it home found the pizza to be dried out and tasteless. Sure did seem like the pizza was reheated.Called the store to complain and was told that the thin crust has a tendency to dry out, and since thr greek pizza has no sauce it tends to be dryer. Why knowingly make and sell a product that is inferior?

Ordered a pepperoni, green pepper and onion corner pizza. Almost no toppings were on the pizza…basically was a cheese pizza. If you want a much better pizza I suggest going to Marco’s.

I think I am done with this place after being a loyal customer for over 7 years. Two weeks ago I ordered a large Super Special, total bill was over $32 and what I received was a plain cheese pizza, value $14. I called them right way and they offered to make it right the next time I ordered. So today I call to get the original pizza I paid for and the they say all I get is 25% off. That's about $5 off that same Super Special when I overpaid by $18 for a pizza I didn't order.

Very upset because I ordered a large cauliflower pizza to find out it was a personal pan. I ordered through the bot and was not informed. 13$ wasted on a personal pan is
Received a pizza that was supposed to be well done with garlic crust and received neither. When I called and informed them of the issue, I was told because I ate half of one piece they wouldn't replace my order (I'm not sure how I was supposed to find out the garlic crust was not there till I ate some of it, they claim you can see it, which I never have, despite ordering it several times). Not the first time instructions have not been followed at this location. Offered a discount on next visit (no, I'd rather have this one correct), or told me I could bring it back and they could stick it in the oven more which still doesn't solve the incorrectly made pizza issue. I'll be sticking to Pearl roads location from here on out.

7878 Broadview Rd, Parma, OH 44134. All restaurants can have a bad day. We ordered a pizza on Sunday for delivery. Called a couple of times to check on it after 30 min. Never came. The next day the manager said we never came in to pick it up. We order weekly. Never pick up. He offered to charge us full price for a replacement. Refused to credit the account. We love the pizza. We wanted to smooth things over but we're brushed off.
