I just joined their Loyalty program, and I placed my first online order. It was a bit cumbersome, and there were some technology issues, but I got it figured out.
The assistant manager, Josh Dignan, did a great job greeting me when I came in and making me feel like a valued customer. He’s a great ambassador for the Jimmy John’s brand! The ladies behind the counter prepared my order efficiently and accurately. I hope all of them get recognized for a job well done!

Not the first time this happened. Been an hour and a half. No food. Guess I have to call them tomorrow and demand a refund. Said it would be here soon. Now they're closed and won't answer the phone. *They rectified the wrongs. Got ahold of gm today, and he was super understanding and professional about the situation.
