The Saturday afternoon crew kicks ass. Good service and good food. I’m glad that the nearby Chipotle was so disgusting that I nearly gagged at the thought of actually placing an order and walked over here instead.

Now they're closed and won't answer the phone. *They rectified the wrongs. Got ahold of gm today, and he was super understanding and professional about the situation.

Always quick and correct. I ordered a really bad item tho. I’m still giving 4 stars on food bc other stuff was good but I was SO disappointed in the new toasted chicken bacon ranch. It was so bad that i was grateful that they accidentally burnt the bread, it helped stomach how gross the sandwich was. I love CBRs so I was shocked. Everything from the flavor to the texture of it was awful. Stick to anything else. If it’s not broken don’t fix it. I’ll be going back to the Italian night club & staying there lol

Ordered a veggie sub and a bag of chips for delivery. I live 5 min from the restaurant. Took over an hour for my sandwhich to get here bc they outsourced the delivery to Uber & the Uber driver wasn’t in my neighborhood. Customers should be told before they order if delivery times are not going to be “freaky fast” as advertised. A similar delivery time happened the last time I ordered and just figured it was a one time thing - guess not. The sandwhich arrived luke warm with barely any veggies and the ones on there are cut super thin. Def not worth the $12 I paid. Won’t be coming back. Bummer bc a couple years ago this place used to be great.
Great #11, super friendly staff and really clean. Bathroom was also immaculate. Thanks for recommending the cookie, delicious.

Bugs in food. Poor customer service. Was told company policy was when there is a bug in your food offer to remake or refund just that sandwich. We had two sandwiches. We aren't eating either. Refund all of the money as your restaurant is dirty, don't eat here. UPDATE, they reached out under this but then passed me to the store owned who did nothing and treated me like an idiot. Just don't eat here.

Ordered a BBQ chicken wrap with pickles, onion, jalapeno. I get to car and check the wrap and it's just a regular wrap. Take it back inside and show receipt, they remake it. The 2 guys we're VERY polite and professional. The lady that made the wrap, had attitude. And she AGAINST LEFT the pickles off my wrap. At that point I just accept my sandwich and leave. Pickles was the 1st thing on the add-on portion so she did that mess on purpose. If she is spiteful, she shouldnt be making ppls food. She's bad for business. And no, it wasn't busy at the time. **UPDATE** My tuna sub also was missing 2 add-ons, oil/vinegar and dijon
