I picked up my food thru the window pick up. It was very convenient and fast. Got home opened the half Ruben that I ordered. It was very good and I was happy with it. I also ordered a bowl of broccoli and cheese soup and found it lacking. It was very thin and watery I was very disappointed with it. It also came with a pickle that was rather warm and limp. I would not wrap the pickle with the sandwich.

I ordered a chicken caesar wrap came home to find I was given a chicken salad sandwich instead. Guess that's my fault I should know better by now you have to double check everyone else's job.

Prices are a little high, but the food is outstanding! I had a Cuban sandwich and it was excellent. I will definitely be throwing this into my regular rotation of places to eat.

I ordered the New Yorker & the half and half tea with lemon. Food wasn’t the greatest, but I’m not one to leave a bad review since everyone’s taste buds are different.
The reason why I’m leaving this review is because now I’m bed ridden with food poisoning…. No good.

Listen....I live just about 40 minutes from the location. And I come specifically for this crew. Tom and the crew always make me feel like family when I am there! First and foremost, I LOVE the cucumber salad and it needs to be a staple on the menu again in my FIRM and HONEST opinion! Second, the young lady in the kitchen is an absolute ROCKSTAR everytime I come there! She always makes sure my food is top tier, chefs kiss quality! The cashier in front, (who I later on found out was Emily) made sure that I got what I requested and I am forever grateful to her and the rest of the crew! I ordered 2 sandwiches, the Mac, the potato salad, and other items and it was ALL delicious!!!!!! To add to the hospitality, they added a HANDWRITTEN card in my bag to say happy new year and well wishes! I WISH THE SAME TO YOU GUYS! I'll be back FOREVER! After all, we are all cousins, now! ❤️☺️

This was our first visit to McAlister’s at the new location in Parma. The service was amazing! Ethan was so polite and helpful - took our order, brought us our meal, and even checked on us while eating. And the manager Alexis was great and spent time chatting with us. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Looking forward to our next visit!
If the service and food holds up to this high standard I'd be happy to have McAlister's as a part of my week.

I just ordered a half sandwich and I it looks like someone took half of that half. Not a lot of anything in the sandwich. A few slices of meat and ver little veg in it. The other 2 sandwiches didn't have hardly anything on it. Got a little baggie with it that I guess was suppose to have a pickle in it. Chef salad didn't have a lot on it. The Mac n cheese tasted mushy like it was over cooked and the cheese was grey and nasty. The only thing good was the lemonade. I will never order here again. It's a shame I can't get my money back.
