Quite literally have to inspect my bag and open each burger patty by patty for accuracy at this location. The amount of my orders that this store messes up on a consistent basis is too often to be a simple mistake. The staff is quite simply not trained, or don’t care. Attitudes of people who assist at the front counter is horrible and they act like you’re inconveniencing them by having to have a person to person interaction.

Nobody ever comes to the front counters. Always on their phone on FaceTime . I’m in there everyday getting DoorDash orders and see people standing there but don’t acknowledge to come and see if you been helped if you need help just crazy. It’s called fast food for a reason , not wait 10 to 15 minutes for a Carmel frappe.

New location, same old cold, dried out, pitiful food. Went through the drive-thru yesterday around 2:30 p.m. for a McDouble and a 6-piece nugget. I then parked my car so I could eat my food right away. I could have driven around with it for a couple hours before eating it and it wouldn't have mattered. The food was already ice cold and dried out when they gave it to me. Tasted like it had been sitting around for at least an hour or two. Gross.

On numerous occasions I would get coffee in the morning with my dog in the truck, the staff was always kind and gave my dog a free slice of bacon. I always thought what a nice gesture in a world of corporate greed and people never doing anything kind. On 8/23 early in the morning I went through the drive through and was told by "Tammy" the manager they would no longer provide a slice of bacon for the dog due to "inventory" I had no problem paying for the bacon for my old dog. However, the manager "Tammy" was unkind, unprofessional, and very unpleasant while communicating this to me. I only came on occasion, it was a nice thing to do. It is unfortunate that the manager (Tammy) could not have been more professional when speaking to me about the "new" policy. That free slice of bacon on occasion went a long way with my opinion of McDonalds .... My family and I will never return to that McDonalds ..I hope that a free slice of bacon on occasion was worth it. Lastly, McDonalds should have managers that utilize some interpersonal skills when speaking to customers. (Tammy, if there is a class you should sign up for it) It doesn't take any effort to treat customers with kindness and decency. Had Tammy explained the new policy to me in a professional kind way, instead of the unprofessional way she did...I would not be writing this letter. - Thank you for taking the time to read my concern . . Absolutely the rudest managers! After waiting 21 minutes for a order ahead mobile order, I went in go get my order. It still wasnt ready. Once i got it from one of the managers, I asked if it normally takes longer for mobile orders then drive thru orders she walked away replying have a nice day. I have her picture and I will be contacting corporate because I just asked a question. Didn't deserve the rude response.

After I contacted corporate and they’re sending me gift cards after the horrific service and apologized. The girl couldn’t put my code in not once but twice so I asked for a manager. The little boy at the window started laughing because I was upset and asked for a manager. I mean working at a fast food place what do you expect? So he continued to laugh and I said keep laughing. The manager then said we’re not serving you. She is a tiny maybe 18 years old with the worst acne I have ever seen yikes! Great costumer service..Not!! Its a newer McDonald’s. Don’t go!! You’ve been warned! But at least I’m getting gift cards thanks to corporate.

Went 20 mins before closing and was told they already closed! Should probably update the sign on the building if staff is going to close 30 minutes early. Staff was also rude when questioned about it.

They forgot my dipping sauce, and my double quarter pounder with cheese no onion . And this how I get it .it's a shame move and quality goes down hill ..same on you

The young girl at the first drive thru window was very friendly. The food was horrible. I ordered a fish combo my fish sandwiches taste as they have been sitting all day. The cheese looked very old and stale. The sandwich taste stale. The fries were hard & disgusting. I Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal that was partially burnt. No no no. I will not visit again!

This place seems to have went downhill since moving across the street a couple short weeks ago. Rancid taste to fried food which typically indicates oil not being changed often enough, stale buns, sandwiches thrown together in a sloppy and careless way. In the old location it was known for being consistently above average for a McDonald's.

Fries was fresh everything was fresh and good but I came to write a review about the cheeseburger in my nephew happy meal . IT TASTED LIKE IT WAS SEASONED TO PERFECTION!! I was shocked I went at about 9pm.!

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but quality of service has gone downhill since moving to new location. Today was no different. Ordered a fresh fish sandwich with extra cheese and received a overcooked sandwich without the extra cheese ordered. I never had issues with the old location. I may just travel a few extra miles to the independence location if have any plans to visit in future.
I ordered the fish fillet and I can tell it’s been sitting under lamps for awhile they couldn’t even put the cheese on right it’s hanging off the
