Fries was fresh everything was fresh and good but I came to write a review about the cheeseburger in my nephew happy meal . IT TASTED LIKE IT WAS SEASONED TO PERFECTION!! I was shocked I went at about 9pm.!

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but quality of service has gone downhill since moving to new location. Today was no different. Ordered a fresh fish sandwich with extra cheese and received a overcooked sandwich without the extra cheese ordered. I never had issues with the old location. I may just travel a few extra miles to the independence location if have any plans to visit in future.

New building, new everything, still can't do simple things like give syrup with my pancakes, I'm home now, not driving back on my one day off a week.This whole meal was 16 dollars, it is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE to be making mistakes like this anymore I'm tired of this

The reason I left this review is because I used to go to this location numerous times in the past. The reason for the mid range rating is because there have been times that we would have to go back into the restaurant to have the staff fix the order and it would not be a problem. Also the food was always fresh and the staff did a great job on making sure the food was fresh all the time. I am reluctant to go to the new building and location because I don't think things will ever be as good as they were in the old building.

Well I don't typically stop at McDonald's unless it's for maybe a breakfast sandwich or a fried pie or coffee! I don't care to go here because they do use GMO ingredients. And I don't agree with using those kind of ingredients in our food. But I had a lot of running around to do and my blood sugar was getting low. It's their brand new location after 60 years of being just across the street! I thought I'm just going to grab a cheeseburger and see how they're doing in the new location which is a brand new building. Now they have the two Drive-thu Lanes to boot! Well it didn't take long to go through the line and place my order. But then it was at least a 10 minute wait to get my food, which I thought was a bit strange. I had only gotten the two cheeseburgers for $5:18 with no fries or drink either.Well once I got my food and I tasted the burger it confirmed why I don't go here to eat! The other thing the bun didn't seem to be fresh at all. Which I found sort of strange with the amount of business they do. I will mention the associates where I ordered my food, paid for my food and where I picked up my food we're all very friendly and helpful no matter how I felt about the taste of the food. Never again for this however! I should have went to Wendy's or Arby's!

This McDonald's has always been spot on but last night I was in the drive thru and waited 16 minutes for fried twice, day old brown fries n the double quarter cheeseburger had cheese everywhere but on the burger but.... My filet of fish was perfect. The filet was hot with the extra tartar sauce I had asked for on a fresh bun. Maybe next time will be better?? ?

Paid for 3 mcdoubles and a fry, got 3 single cheeseburgers and a fry. Went in to get the correct food and not only is the kitchen like entirely young kids, but they're yelling out profanities... not the greatest look. Wish I could give 0 stars for the atmosphere.Hopefully when the new location opens up a few hundred feet down the road they'll get rid of the entire staff and start fresh, that way they might actually be decent then
