I used to come here all the time …looks like they got all new staff cause it’s terrible now. Food was cold , coffee was 90% milk..when I saw the food was cold…I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the cheese was unmelted and felt like it came straight out the fridge and was slapped on the sandwich. I ordered through the app last week and they canceled it and never refunded my money like they said. I ended up have to contact corporate to get my refund! Won’t be coming here again
The manager is more concerned with her hair and makeup than her job the employees are lazy,, standing around, smug faces. It was disgusting. If I wanted this kind of service I would have driven to the east side of Cleveland.

When you look online and on their window it says The dining room is open at 6:00 a.m. However it is not they said it doesn't open till 6:30 they refused to let us in. What a waste of time!!
The sign on the doorway says that the dining room is open at 6:00am, but the employee said we couldn’t come into the building until 6:30am when I called. That is very misleading.

First of all I come to this McDonald's everyday in the morning which the morning and afternoon crew are good. But I went through the dry through at almost ten o'clock on july 2nd . And first window girl was nice. Now the 2 window girl with long red hair black girl was extremely rude. I went to ask her a question. And she goes thank you and slammed the window on me and I said I wanted to ask you a question. She said, bye bye never got my question out so I will not go to this McDonald's after 4 PM. And I don't even know how she has a job.How rude she is and disrespectful.After all , I am a paying customer.. .

I went to this place to get breakfast around 9: 33 am and the young lady in the first drive thru wasn't friendly at all, then in the pick up window another young female handle the coffee without asking if we want a coffee tray, well when I grab one of the coffee I burn my right fingers because it wasn't closed correctly and after that I said to her you didn't closed it correctly, she didn't say anything but to give us the food and close her window drive thru ,so I park in the lot for a minute to I could tske my hand and finger, then I went home put cold water and call the manager and let her know what happen. My finger hurt as they got the burn so I truly hope no issue or blisters. McDonald's needs to educated every employee about this because it cant be ignored.

Mcdonald's is doing poorly and it's no wonder. When you walk in there's no service at the front desk. You have to order through the app and if you're not logged in you're going to spend 15 minutes doing that. The convenience of ordering food is completely gone. The employees at the front desk avoid eye contact at all costs. They do not want to help the customer. It seems they want to avoid human contact at all costs. So it's no wonder a McDonald's is losing money because they've completely lost the customer service aspect. This is the most unfriendly interaction I've ever had.

Does not give me my receipt so I can check my orders. Messes up my orders. Person taking orders kind of rushes to ask questions and dismiss you. Once i got my order 1 missing order and other not correct. :(

You could not go to counter doors were locked nothing posted. Sat in drive thru 25 minutes fries cold

The food in general is great but half the time they can't make Frappies acting like the machine is broke. If it's broke fix it or replace it. You should be able to serve your products to the public. Last time I visited they again said the frappe machine was not working. So then I asked if they could make a shamrock shake. They said they couldn't make that at that time either. We'll, why not? That's a product you serve. All your equipment should be in good working condition. Things happen once in awhile but on a regular basis is un acceptable.
There's not a playground area for kids as you can see in the photos.
