I’ve used the mobile app to order from this McDonald’s on Pleasant Valley Road several times. Each time the food has been delicious and hot. Mariah that works in the drive thru is not only friendly but goes above and beyond every time I’ve interacted with them. As a matter of fact I’ve only had positive experiences at this McDonald’s but Mariah definitely makes it better. Thank you, Alley D

TERRIBLE! I waited in line for 15 minutes just to pull up to the speaker and sit there for another 15 minutes before I decided to pull off. It was 4:30pm so they weren’t closed and the other line was being taken care of consistently. If you’re only going to use 1 lane why have 2?!

I just went drive thru and the service was absolutely terrible. The girl that took my order was the rudest person and it’s obvious she doesn’t want to be there. The young man handing out the food at the second window was decent but the girl taking orders and collecting money was so rude that no matter what he did couldn’t make up for her piss poor attitude. She never asked if that was all, never said a total, never said to pull up to the window, never greeted me at the window.
It's 8pm on a Friday and you have your dining room locked. Why allow for pick up from dining room on the app if you're going to lock it? Then be rude in the drive through about it.
