Usually the service here is good and they get customers in and out quickly, however my order has been incorrect several times. About a week ago, I asked for two barbecue sauces at the window and the worker said with an attitude that it was going to cost me $.75. I said that was totally fine and provided my card which she then stated she couldn't take my payment in her position. Very rude and condescending..

I ordered a four piece nugget. I looked in the box after eating two nuggets. There was a chicken finger that was 75% already eaten out of somebody else was eating out of food and decided to throw their leftover food inside. This place is pure junk would not come back very unsanitary.
I also went back to the window. The guy seen he remade nuggets gave me a six piece, and there was only five nuggets inside. What a double whammy

Felt rushed by the lady over the intercom when I got up. She snatched the money out of my hand aggressive like then I made a comment to my wife about how she did it and she tried to hand it back with more of a not so rude attitude gets the window to get the food. The other lady I don't know. She just seemed like she wasn't there. I get having a bad day but these are the faces that your customers see to go there and catch attitude at both windows is absolutely unacceptable. You should put some cheery smiley faces in them. Windows I get it's cold outside. I get being rushed through orders but there's a thing called customer service and when your customer is not satisfied they won't return. So the blonde lady in the first window and the dark hair lady in the second window. Even if you're not in a good mood, fake it because your customers read vibes

The drive through atmosphere was great! Easy order, no wait in line, fish sandwiches and fries were nice and hot! This location seems to get consistent with hot fries, yay!
How many times was i given the wrong order, treated like their biggest inconvenience, had my order messed up, (I never eat cheese and ask for no cheese.. I get cheese every time) fried food tastes like old, burnt grease. Inside is disgusting. Never giving them my money again. Dunkin forever.
