I was in there about a week ago and got two boba teas. Unfortunately, both orders were a little messed up. For mine, specifically, I had required no ice (which is a little bit of an additional charge) and was given ask. I asked if she could take out the ice off of preference. She told me she couldn't take all the ice out and I said that was fine, but she did but didn't fill up the cup, which makes me wonder what the extra charge is for. The other boba was for someone else and was the wrong flavor. Mine tasted fine, but the service was a bit interesting.

Me and my sister love Milk n’ Tea! My sister said, “Best boba of my entire life,” and “I love the mochi bubble waffle.” They always have new flavors and the owner is so nice!

Having recently moved from the San Francisco Bay Area where Boba is consumed more than water, I am happy to report that I’ve found a favorite Boba spot in Cleveland! The drinks here are always flavorful, and I especially love the Vietnamese Iced Coffee which has always been my drink of choice. On top of that, the bubble waffles (I think that’s what they’re called) are so delicious and I highly recommend them.
The restaurant itself is so cute and features ample seating for anyone who wants to do work or just chill. There are even board games, and a fireplace! It is kept so clean and feels modern. The one employee I’ve interacted with there is so friendly and even gave me (and every other customer) a rose on Valentine’s Day.
Do yourself a favor and try out Milk n’ Tea, especially if you love Vietnamese Iced Coffees like I do (seriously, they’re impossible to find in Cleveland)!
It was so good and fun for my nieces and nephew. They have games you can play while you enjoy your treats and hang out. So comfy with plenty of seating and cute atmosphere. My

We went for an afternoon drink and was pleasantly surprised. We got a hot Boba tea (something I have never tried before) and was happy with the taste and service. The menu is larger, and we asked a couple of questions before ordering to make sure we were getting something that we would like. They do have iced coffee and some other coffee drinks on the menu as well. I am planning on going back and exploring more of the menu down the line. If you found this review helpful, please give a 👍
