I had the smoked cheeseburger. It had a great smoke ring but tastless. The ribs were tasty but abit dry. The french fries, way too much salt. I give you 5 stars for what you stand for.

Came in today December 2nd 2025 and it was my first time trying it. We ordered a lot of food for two people. The service was exceptional thanks to the staff but also especially to one individual by the name of Olivia who made sure she checked on us make sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive and never stops doing something the whole time I was there she went from cleaning tables to taking orders checking on customers she went above and beyond. The food was exceptional way better than my expectation and I definitely will be back thank you Olivia

This was my first visit to Mission BBQ in Parma. We did a large take-out order. The customer service was excellent, especially from Jimmy, who assisted us in adding to our order. When we got home, the food was delicious. I would highly recommend eating at this location!
