My wife ordered a smoked hamburger and fries i ordered a pulled pork sandwich and 2 sides Mac & cheese and fries. My wife got her order but I didn't get mine. I asked about they couldn't find it. They finally gave it to but my pulled pork was just on the platter. I asked the matress if they could put it on bun. We'll as she took back i watched the guy at the counter were there was about 5 customers grab a bun and with his hand (yes he did have a glove on) and stuck my meat on it. Remind you ther was people less then 1 foot away from my food. I thought that very disgusting. I told the waitress, I had two managers come over and one said sorry and said I didn't pay for the pulled pork sandwich, it wasn't on my bill to begin with. WOW!! THEN HE CAME back and asked what happened. I explained the whole situation. He came back again and said the meal was on them. NOT THE POINT I DON'T WANT ANYTHING FOR FREE!!! I TRIED TO PAY FOR AGAIN AND HE SAID THE REGISTER WILL NOT LET THEM RING IT AGAIN ONCE THEY GIVE A FREE MEAL AWAY. THE BIG MANAGER CAME OVER A LADY WHO WAS NICE AND I EXPLAINED TO TO HER. SAME THING TRIED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER MEAL.. By that time my wife was done eating. I told her to just toss my food that was like paying for my wife food. We even upgraded our pops to the trooper pop.

I was a bit skeptical about trying barbecue up North as I am from the South BUT it was delicious!!! The baked beans were thick and sweet, the smoke house macaroni was good and the smoke house cheddar burger was good also!! The atmosphere was lively and the young man who took my order was pleasant! I'll definitely return!

This was my first time at Mission BBQ. My kids hyped it up after there mother treated them several times throughout the year. Let me just say that it was a great experience. It was pricey but worth every penny. Great food, atmosphere, and staff. The place was clean and all their condiments were filled. They also had free refills. Thank you!

Please give this place a try! If you’re a Floridian and you’re missing really good bbq. This is the place for you! With the great atmosphere and friendly faces, it feels very welcoming. The food is so great. I got the pulled pork sandwich with sides of fries and baked beans and I felt home. Reminded me so much the way my dad would make it from home. The pork just melted in my mouth. It was so good when we sampled it (just ask!) We all got the pulled pork! My friends also got turkey, brisket, pulled chicken and said they were just as tender and juicy!
From food to service to atmosphere. Though this is a place you order and then sit down the staff treated me and my family like a 5 star restraunt making sure we had everything we need. From checking in making sure we had sauce nap kind etc. Love the attitude of the team- this kind of work ethic is hard to come by these days so it’s refreshing to see great job team at Parma mission BBQ. Great service with great food to follow.
