I'm not able to eat it myself due to dietary restrictions. However, I was told that the food was very good. It was easy to order a catering order for 10 through the website, only one hour ahead of time! The staff was friendly and helpful, the price was very reasonable, and the food was fresh and hot!

Was hesitant to write but happened more then once or twice already. I order online so the food is ready when I get there but it's 9 out of 10 times it's not. The chicken is good that's why I go there and I happen to be about supporting local. The service and the attitude of the people there is just plain bad with a bunch of excuses ( that's the weekday evening shift). 3 employees in the restaurant with doors locked no cars in parking lot and they can't get the order done or right for that matter. I order 2 hours ahead and you tell me you didn't get it!? I even get the text message confirming it. Just lousy service.

i wanted to give it four stars, but here's why I didn't. I ordered a second biscuit and they didn't include it. To me that's unacceptable and super annoying, especially after you drive home (a half an hour away) and not all of the food you ordered (and paid for) is in the bag. Never had this problem with other Mr. Chicken locations that I can remember. The other issue for me as much as I have always loved their chicken if I am going to be honest their chicken breasts are on the small side and there isn't all that much meat on them. Plus the mashed potatoes had a funny taste and the coleslaw needs to be creamier.
Ordered a chicken sandwich with no sauce only, keep lettuce/tomato. Sandwich was two chicken tenders and a bun.. that’s it. Said we needed to wait 15-20 mins for fresh wings, they look like they’ve sat all day. Also, missing a side of mac and cheese.

My family orders from here every year and it usually is the best! That's why we don't go to KFC because Mr Chicken has the best chicken and rolls, but this Year was the worst! The chicken was burnt and greasy and we got mashed potato soup and the rolls were hard and even the green beans were gross! My sister in law told them about how bad it was but they only have her $50 off a $250 order. To be fair we were a bit late picking it up but this experience has caused us to do potluck next Christmas Eve! The food will cost a lot less and be edible! Happy new year!

I sent someone to get food from Mr. Chicken in Parma to get the Mega Meal for the family. I do not live close at all!! First off they packed everything to the brim of the larger bag. Let’s remember that the mega meal comes with 2 mashed potatoes and gravy. My chicken was at the bottom!!! So, everything on top smashed my chicken. By the time the food arrived to my house, there was a hole in the bottom of the bag. Guess what!! The food fell out of the bottom. So, there goes dinner. I cannot honestly rate the food. I can just say that everything was so carelessly packed that we couldn’t have it for dinner. It was a wasted trip and wasted money.
