There was no one in the drive thru line and it still took them 5 minutes to say they only had tenders for the night. Would highly not recommend this place.

There was no one in line at the drive thru. My car was waiting at the ordering telecom for 5 minute before someone come on the speakers to say that they ran out of chicken.

I was just refused service at this location after ordering 3 whole wings and asking that they cook them done as my last 2 visits I received doughy under cooked chicken.

Chicken is never ready. Past 3 times I've gone there, I'm given a wait time. I pull over to the side and wait the time given plus an additional 10 minutes. I will go to another location or not at all. Not very friendly also.

The worst Chicken and service ever, Ordered a 3 piece meal recieved 2 piece, also ordered 4 piece whole wing meal menu price says 6.99 however they charge 8.99 They said the price went up and to take it up with corporate. Is a load of BS. This place is a joke.. I miss the KFC That was there before the disgusting Mr. Chicken that is there now. And to add to everything mashed potatoes were nasty, slaw was worst I have ever had and the chicken was so dry I nearly choked on it.

Pulled up to drive thru and lady working 4-23-21 at 5:50 was rude as can be. Couldn't hear them told us to back up and then sighed when we asked what the family meal contained that was advertised on there billboard. We just pulled away and went to KFC which treated us a whole lot better. Never again rude lady!!!

Would have done 5 stars but they were out of quite a bit the day I went for lunch. Would recommend a try as the food I had was good but that's the reduction.
