My server was excellent!! She provided wonderful solutions to the problems created by the kitchen. I ordered tiramisu first, per my life rule: "Dessert First". Unfortunately, the piece was portioned very small for $9. For my entree, I chose the sample plate Tour of Italy: lasagna, Alfredo fettuccine, and chicken Parmesan. Each of the tomatoes sauces had somehow moved underneath the Alfredo, so it was no longer white and creamy; but the tomato sauce mixed in, with it. Disappointing :( In addition, I had chosen Zuppa Toscana soup, to enjoy with my meal. It was vastly more oily than I had ever experienced before, just gross. I was so very pleased with my server's expertise and kind, courteous, friendly demeanor - but the kitchen was very sloppy and seemed to have lost its fire for preparing a pretty and well proportioned plate. I checked with the general manager 😕 about portion sizes and all he said was "Well, that's about right". I thought for over $20 entree and nearly $10 dessert, there should have been more food. Ordinarily, am thrilled with the Olive Garden experience. Disappointed, this time, this location.

Horrible service. Asked for clean utensils 3 different times because each time they brought me a dirty one. Staffs response was literally “sorry our staff didn’t really pay attention when putting utensils in the cloths”.
The waitress we had was super sweet, and the manager was super nice and accommodating. The food was excellent.

I order a mobile order. Get a 2 liter for $4.49, and it's expired by almost a year! And when I called the excuse was "we don't sell many 2 liters" okay? This was horrible.
