The food was good the server was super nice ! But what I didn’t like is when we got the check the steaks came out more than what they were advertised makes no sense , I wanted the chimichurri sauce that they didn’t have and told me they were out after they served me my food when I asked if I could have a side because I figured they just forgot is when I got told they didn’t have it was kind of a bummer for that , got charged for that when I didn’t receive it. Still paid for it anyways because I don’t like making a hassle about things ,…. But yeah you guys shouldn’t advertise food as one price and then charge for another 🤦🏻♀️

Ordered curbside to go and wow was is fast. There was quite a bit of cars in the parking lot, so I expected to have to wait longer, but nope! I was greeted as soon as I pulled in to the curbside pickup and food was out to me immediately. Kuddos to the team in Parma!

I don't really understand how this chain is staying open. Something about this location has the greasiest floor I have ever stepped on. Everything is over loaded with butter and seasoning. It's mediocre at best.

What's for lunch. It wasn't very busy , but the service was very slow.
We had a very nice lunch yesterday. Everyone was friendly, from the host, to our server, and our food runner. I don't remember our servers name but she was very good. I mentioned taking food to go, and she gave me the take home for $10 menu which was a great deal. I got the cute martini with the koala and loved it. Thanks for a great experience.

The young woman who was the manager on duty tonight on 11-15 was absolutely wonderful. There was a slight error with our kids meals, no big deal, but she was so gracious for comping their food because of it. Thank you so much. Everything was great, especially the service. Sorry I didn't get her name. 5 stars plus.
