The waiter was very nice. We had to wait a while but that was to be expected on a Saturday night. I was highly disappointed in the food. I get that they were busy but every dish we were served did not taste good at all and was very undercooked. I will be taking my future business elsewhere. I would recommend going to a different location.

We were seated promptly upon arrival. Ordered the 3 course special and appetizers. Received the appetizers and had to ask another server for silverware and sugar. Received our salads and soup, which was ice cold. Sever walked past us 3 times, saw that we needed refills but never stopped or asked. Had to once again ask another server for help. Finally, received another soup, which was just barely warm, at which point we asked for drink refills. As we finished our appetizers, salads, and soup, the dishes piled up on our table. Our entrees arrived and were not cooked as requested, but we ate them anyway as we were hungry and were afraid to say anything. We were waiting for our server to bring our deserts, a box, and our check. ALL of our dishes were still on the table. In the meantime, 5 other groups of people who were seated around us, who arrived after us, had already eaten, received their checks, and either left or were getting ready to leave. We finally got a box and 1 of the deserts and had to ask for the other desert, which took another 15 minutes. Finally received the other desert and had to wait for our check. Got our check and had to wait to pay! I don't know if our server was new, or not, but he was definitely not personable, not efficient, and not a very good server.
Very poor experience.

This is a third strike your out situation all 3 times I have been there decided to order there staple the blooming onion all 3 times came out greasy undercooked and disgusting the last time we went we ordered cheese fries the cheese wasn't even melted the fries they gave us with the side to the meal were cold and old complete waste of money everything I went

The waiter was polite and checked in on us regularly. Unfortunately, the food service was subpar. The coconut shrimp appetizer was nearly burnt. For my combo order, the steak wasn’t cooked right and they missed the chicken. I ended up taking the chicken home because I was nearly done with my meal by the time they brought. Even it was cooked wrong. Instead of a buttery mushroom sauce I got bacon and cheese toppings. One of us ordered the salmon with a side of veggies. Half the veggies seemed cooked and the carrots were not. It was like the carrots were added as an after thought. For 4 adult and 1 child meals at ~$180 you can find much better elsewhere.

We won’t be back.

We did call ahead seating for a party of 3. We get there, check in, and we are told 20 minutes by the hostess. 30 minutes pass and I’m wondering what’s going on as all these parties keep getting sat. I ask, she said she’s seating smaller parties. After another few minutes I ask again and she thought we were a party of 7!!!!! I sat all that time waiting and she had us down wrong. My family of 3 just sitting there for 30+ minutes should have been taken care of. Who waits for the remaining party members that long. Host should have realized there was a problem well before I did.

How does this happen when online check in was for 3 people.

Needless to say. I left. Poor management of the host stand.

Went here tonight for dinner after attempting to go to Texas Roadhouse with an hour wait time. Outback had no wait time and now I know why. Blooming onion was drenched in oil, soggy and overcooked due to what looked like it was just refried. My husband’s bone in rib eye had 0 flavor was cooked rare when he asked for medium. I was served a raw piece of salmon that was just barely cooked on the outside. Waited for food to be corrected and it was half assed. Check came and we were given a 10% discount. Insane. Oh don’t forget the nasty bathrooms. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy’s next door.
