I’ve been a P Jay’s customer for quite a few years, unfortunately I won’t be in the future. I ordered online only to find out that they received only a portion of my order. The pizza had less than adequate amount of pepperoni, and the wings were like chicken jerky. I was charged twice for the garlic sauce, which was not with my order when I arrived home. I called and was told they would take care of it before they even looked up the order. Too bad, this used to be good.

Ordered the 12+12 combo, pizza came out very good (light bake) cheese and the barbecue traditional wings had a great flavor and fully cooked (I always check when it comes to chicken) even the delivery driver called upon arrival as requested, Great Job P.Jays thank you very much!!

From my experience and the response to some of these bad reviews I can see management doesn’t really care. Especially with the one with the green peppers all piled on one side I mean really how can you back that This place is going under and going fast if that’s the best they can do Your workers attitudes reflect poor leadership remember that. And I don’t need a cookie cutter response to this review thank you

Just tried this place out and it was sooo good. But a huge warning on the hot wings because my lips are on fire. Sooooo delicious but the spice bites back.. great service I would recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be back over and over again.

I was in Parma for the weekend for a class and our class didn’t get out until 9pm on Friday night. At first, I went to another pizza shop 200 yards away, but the dinning room wasn’t open at 10pm even though they closed at 11pm. So I drove down to P.Jay’s and they served me with no hesitation AND the pizza was very good. Next time I’m in Parma, I’ll certainly head back.

Ordered half sheet pepperoni 25 wings and half pan salad 24 hours in advance for Browns game /Christmas Eve get together Pickup time was for 12pm. I get there at 12:15 and they said it’s not been started yet because the ticket time was put down for 1 PM The Browns game starts at 1 PM luckily my people were running late anyway so no biggie the manager did give me an extra half sheet of pizza but When I got home both pizzas did not have pepperoni only plain cheese. So I called and the manager said something about $20 gift card or something to my phone which never happened. I even ordered this in advance and they still messed up don’t come here for something that’s important just order from here when you just want dinner We will go elsewhere for now on for something big. And that’s not really that big. Imagine if I had to do a catering or several sheets of pizza and 100 wings I definitely wouldn’t come here and get embarrassed. Thanks For at least trying to make it right but no one there pays attention to detail whatsoever.

I almost can't count the times on one hand this business has messed up my order. Today was the 5th time. Nobody pays attention here. What's the solution? A credit for next time. Next time? Incorrect order again. I'm not placing orders asking for 34.6 pieces of bacon, green dye in my sauce to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, and a crust so fluffy my grandma could gum it down when her teeth are out. I ask for basic pizzas with no frills. It is never ever right. Also a lot of side items come burnt when we get them. I'm sick of dealing with this place. I'll never order from here again. And I eat out a lot because I'm lazy.Have a good one.

I honestly cannot believe how unprofessional this place is. I literally called to tell them that the order was messed up. Just a pile of green peppers thrown on the corner of the pizza, no sauce, and the pizza was burnt in a size medium when I ordered large. They pretty much just told me they would tell the person that made it and they’re sorry about it and hung up the phone. Baffled And I absolutely do not recommendAnd I know the worker that’s reading this knows exactly what I’m talking about
