I rarely get Panda Express, I only came here because my mom bought me gift cards months ago and wanted to finally use them. But I struck luck with this specific location, I believe. The food tastes great, and they were very patient with my ignorance on the menu. Given I was there on the last hour, both of those are feats.

My husband and I ordered food. I had a bowl with honest sesame chicken and fried rice. This is the worst tasting panda out of the many locations I have tried. And not to mention, it was a very long piece of hair in my food. I feel disgusted.

I love their orange chicken. Problem is, I always get chow mein. Every time I go to this location I get more and more greens in my chow mein, and the greens frankly don't taste great. See below:
I am so upset and disappointed tonight. We ordered food and my husband never received his meat, my noodles are so dry that I can't even eat them. Food was absolutely cold had to reheat it and now it's even more disappointing. Such lazy people in the food business anymore.

I was not at all impressed. This is located in the Steelyards in Cleveland, OH. It took a good ten minutes for anyone to greet us. The food was not very fresh besides the rice. The servers were rude. I’m not sure if I will revisit. The store was not as clean as I expected either.
