Never ordering from here again. One time I ordered food and the dasher for my got my order wrong. They gave me somebody else's order. No problem, I called and told them what happened. They told me that I would get another order delivered to me at no charge. I didn't ask for a refund. I re submitted my order on the app. I was charged and I should not have been. I got the correct order but was charged twice. Recently I made an order while their app was glitching. I ordered delivery and it the app took the order as pick up. And they most likely won't refund my money. I'm done with this place

One of my BIGGEST pet peeves is NOT being greeted when I walk into an establishment. We were NOT greeted upon walking in. I was MORE UPSET when I saw the Manager of all people walk up front and not say a word. Let me just say though TH3 FOOD WAS AMAZING!! The food can be amazing but I PROMISE if the Service Sucks why go back? This was NOT a busy time. We were the ONLY customers in line and one car on the drive thru. Out of the 3 women we had stood there and watched a totally different young lady Antonia came and helped us. 2 women had remained up front the manager Nelly was "looking" busy and that was about it!! 4 min. For 4 min we stood there without being greeted or helped. Long time when your hungry and clearly see they are not slammed. They didn't care whether we had stayed or left including the manager. Antonia was awesome. She even offered Mt husband and I a taste test of something we had not heard of which was the Refreshers. Well it is because of her that we bought one! She was so nice and polite. Definitely was the only.one who was actually friendly and like she wanted to be there. (even of she really didn't) She definitely is getting all the appreciation I can give her right here. Thank You so much Antonnia! It was because of you we didn't walk out!

A plate is now $10.00 , a bowl is now $8.50 - the economy failing right before our very eyes. The amount of food you get remains the same and there has been no upgrades to the flavor.

I will say, they are not shy to give you portions you yearn for at this type of establishment. Also, I believe her name was Antonia, she is so warm, welcoming, and was such a pleasure to speak with. Truly a lovely person.
Seemed a little hectic when I came in and the cashier was a bit out of it. The manager, Tonya was doing a great job keeping everything together though.

MaryGrace M. is as nice as they come! This was my first time here. We will come back. The only negative for me is the fried rice had no flavor. Very bland. The blazing bourbon chicken and honey walnut shrimp are SO good! Restaurant is very clean!
