Usually I never leave any bad comments but this situation has been so stressful. I had a very difficult day yesterday, and I’ve been going through so much pain. I asked my mom and my sister to spend some time with me at this place because I needed some support from them and I love this place so much. I took my kids with me and I understand that they were a little bit overactive and was playing around. One of the employees came to me and was so rude and mean to me about my kids, instead of politely telling me she came and talked to me in a rude tone. My heart was already broken and she made my day even worse and broke my heart even more. You guys should be more polite because you never know what people are going through in their lives. The worst experience and don’t even want to come back here ever.

I wouldn’t even give them one star for their service but I have to. I ordered $40 worth of food after it was already made. They told me they will not accept $100 bill so I said what are you going to do throw out the food and this person told me they would rather do that than take my money Does that make any sense to anybody? Especially with all the hungry people we have out here right now shame on Panera

Denise at the front counter is always such a sweetheart. She remembered my name when I returned for a second time in a week. It means something to me. Great service and a calmer, quieter atmosphere compared to Starbucks.

They really need to remove the young girl taking drive thru orders. She can not speak properly and people can't understand her. With that said, she messed up our order, didn't give us items, rang up everything wrong. We had to go thru the drive thru again to have a manager correct the order.

Haven't stopped here in a while & I regret it. $20 in the drive-thru for half sandwich half salad & a blueberry lavender lemonade that tastes like a bad wine. I can't believe I paid $5 for this drink that tastes like it was make in a barrel & aged for 100 years. Salad & sandwich were mediocre

They are all on their phones acting annoyed to serve customers. Sorry kids and manager sitting in the corner doing nothing but your being paid for this. (, you shouldn't be either ""manager"" ) The dining area is disgusting. The pop area is sticky and gross. Sorry but your store is gross, your workers are rude,and overall this is the worst Panera I've ever been to.
