This location is way too inconsistent. Usually they make the food pretty good, but lately it's been getting worse and worse. I do the pick two with half sandwich and half salad. Sometimes the salad is so small, it's more like a 1/3rd of a salad. Sometimes the sandwiches are lacking substance as well. There will be more bread than actual toppings. Also sometimes they use the wrong type of bread for my sandwich and don't even bother to tell me. I mean $15 for a half sandwich and half salad is a lot, I at least expect it to be made well, but I guess at Panera, the cost does not equal better quality and that's just plain wrong
Edit: and the quality just keeps getting worse folks. Whoever you are hiring to make your food are definitely not it. $16 for half a**ed half a salad and sandwich is not good

Ordered a salad with chips. Received salad & bread. Told the manager who handed me the food that I wanted chips & handed her back the bread. She took it with her bare hands & threw it back into the bin with the other bread after both she & touched it. Who does that? Will never order bread at Panera again & if you're smart you won't either. Also as much as they charge why can't they have wrapped silverware?

Went through the drive-through and waited 15 minutes for one sandwich. An apple salad and chips! I opened my sandwich and it was like full of grease.
Stood at the counter waiting for 10 minutes while three ladies working there talked about their vacations. My food was thrown together. I mean geez can you at least spread cucumbers out to cover the bread.

Usually I never leave any bad comments but this situation has been so stressful. I had a very difficult day yesterday, and I’ve been going through so much pain. I asked my mom and my sister to spend some time with me at this place because I needed some support from them and I love this place so much. I took my kids with me and I understand that they were a little bit overactive and was playing around. One of the employees came to me and was so rude and mean to me about my kids, instead of politely telling me she came and talked to me in a rude tone. My heart was already broken and she made my day even worse and broke my heart even more. You guys should be more polite because you never know what people are going through in their lives. The worst experience and don’t even want to come back here ever.

I wouldn’t even give them one star for their service but I have to. I ordered $40 worth of food after it was already made. They told me they will not accept $100 bill so I said what are you going to do throw out the food and this person told me they would rather do that than take my money Does that make any sense to anybody? Especially with all the hungry people we have out here right now shame on Panera
