Today, the evening of May 5th, we ordered the shaq a roni and two orders of wings I would not order pizza again at this location. The pizza lacked cheese and also did not taste good. We only ate a few of the slices. We are not going to save the rest.

They had an order of 40 pizzas scheduled to pickup at the same time I asked for a large order to be ready, and the gal didn't hesitate to say yes, and they would just come in early. I recently had the pleasure of eating here and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Crystal was friendly and attentive, making sure we felt right at home and even brought the food out to our car. While ordering we were very indecisive on what we wanted and she was a blessing with helping us pick. She was so sweet and provided us with everything we needed/wanted. We were STUNNED by how amazing this woman was. Thank you so much and God bless you Crystal❤️

The pizza was not good. This pizza was made and probably canceled so they added the cheese after it was cooked I know because I used to make pizza. It was cold and not really cooked
Order two popa bowls, DoorDash. Nothing sealed cardboard sleeve easily could be tampered with or food could slide right out because the stickers are on top of the box not holding it on the side andnot even put in a bag and placed on my steps in the cold. If you can’t properly seal something besides a pizza don’t have it delivered DoorDash in the world we live in

I placed an order with this location and I received a message stating that the order was handed to me never received the order the driver went to someone else's house. The other time I ordered there they gave me someone else's order and I had to go there and pick up my order. Unreliable will not be going there anymore

Other places barely put any pepperoni on their pizza, but Papa Johns loads it up! I love the thin crust pepperoni - especially drizzled with some hot honey. Also, I love the bread sticks (dipped in their cheese sauce, which thankfully isn't nacho cheese). Pizza is always done quickly bc the staff is on top of it. I never have to wait to be greeted & everyone is friendly. My go-to for pizza (check the deals & promos on their website before ordering).

One of the worst papa John’s locations EVER! 1st time we ordered from them they delivered our food to someone else’s home 15mins away from my home same address different street so I called to get an ETA the guy was very rude and careless boom let that slide. Months later we had an event ordered a lot of pizza and wings they so called forgot we ordered paid over the phone called them again same rude asshole different story they eventually brought the food almost 2hrs later cold and old at this point, ask to be refunded gave me the run around for weeks they kept giving me excuses after excuses at this point I’m super P***** off. This time today a family member orders from them his favorite place back home placed the order paid by card over the phone an hour goes by No food considering they said 20-30mins we call and the guy says we never got the order bold face lie cuz we paid over the phone stop playing with me then all of a sudden after being on hold for 20mins he says yea we found it we thought you said you were picking it again bold face lie I’m so over the bs at this location we been nothing but good to them and always tip the drivers nothing less then $10 so what’s the problem! I’m going to keep posting negative things about them and keep posting how horrible they are all on social media until I’m tired and ready to forgive so let’s clock that tea. Ordered a large one topping carry out with original crust. I picked up my pizza and the crust was thin as hell. I’ve been eating Papa John’s pizza ever since they opened in Northeast Ohio because I love their doughy, thick crust. I asked the employee if they accidentally gave me thin crust because I specifically requested original crust. He said “that IS original crust.” I said “no, I’ve been eating Papa John’s since I was a little girl, that is NOT original crust.” Papa John’s must have gotten cheap. Cutting corners and charging the same price. Very disappointing. I’ll just go to Marco’s from now on since their crust still has substance, even if I am ordering the $10 takeout special.
