Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza- they put no cheese on it- thought I made a mistake but I looked at the receipt it and there was not a thing mentioning no cheese- they also shoved a garlic sauce into my pizza for some reason???

Does this picture look like cheese or Tuscan 6 cheese? I’ve gotten Tuscan many times this is now the second time they are passing off a plain cheese for Tuscan 6 cheese completely unhappy the guy offered to remake it I declined make the order that people order very simple gonna be a while before I order here again

i ordered a pizza they made me wait over a hour for my food it said delivered, 2 hours later. no it was not. i call they tell me “ we have no driver so we had to complete the order “ yet let me wait 2 hours to think my food was coming, never told me once in the 2 hours i was not going to get my food. i will not be ordering from them again.

Haven't been to papa John's in years, I remember why. It's just not good pizza. Closer to little Caesar or cafeteria pizza. Service was good, pizza not so much. Ordered extra cheese, if what I got was extra cheese I hate to see what they normally put on.

I ordered a pizza for pickup Tracked it and since I live 5 min away I was there when the tracing said ready When I brought it home it was not hot and cheese was light even though I paid for extra cheese.mushrooms and sausage very skimpy It was dried up I will not be ordered from here again

My pizza arrived with barely a sprinkle of cheese, as if they forgot cheese is supposed to be a main ingredient of pizza. It was like eating a tomato sauce bread. Definitely not what I expected from Papa John's. Won't be ordering from here again.

Today, the evening of May 5th, we ordered the shaq a roni and two orders of wings I would not order pizza again at this location. The pizza lacked cheese and also did not taste good. We only ate a few of the slices. We are not going to save the rest.

They had an order of 40 pizzas scheduled to pickup at the same time I asked for a large order to be ready, and the gal didn't hesitate to say yes, and they would just come in early. Our order was ready to go, on time, and our crew enjoyed their lunch. Appreciate employees who go above and beyond!
I recently had the pleasure of eating here and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Crystal was friendly and attentive, making sure we felt right at home and even brought the food out to our car. While ordering we were very indecisive on what we wanted and she was a blessing with helping us pick. She was so sweet and provided us with everything we needed/wanted. We were STUNNED by how amazing this woman was. Thank you so much and God bless you Crystal❤️

Order two popa bowls, DoorDash. Nothing sealed cardboard sleeve easily could be tampered with or food could slide right out because the stickers are on top of the box not holding it on the side andnot even put in a bag and placed on my steps in the cold. If you can’t properly seal something besides a pizza don’t have it delivered DoorDash in the world we live in
