The restaurant is old. Was not comfortable there at all service was fair? The food was not hot. I asked for grits, they don't serve grits. It was not hot.I asked for more hot water for my tea .It took quite a while for them to bring the food out.Like I said, it was not hot.My granddaughter did not like the pancakes will not be going there again?

This place used to be great, unfortunately it no longer is even acceptable. I went in there today for lunch, and did not stay. One waitress, lousy attitude, almost no customers, no soup at soup and salad bar, prices have gone WAY up, but they haven't even invested in revised menus. Exterior and interior scream NEGLECT! Take your money and business elsewhere!
Pappou's today is just a dismal shadow of what it was. Sad.

Everything was excellent, very traditional restaurant, great prices , good salad bar , one of the best soups the veggies and beef soup ,The ladies gave us an amazing service , the only thing they should fix is the sirloin steak, it was grounded meat , it has a good flavor but it was grounded meat, but again I guess I can’t get better for the price.

This place was good for breakfast a while back. Recent visits have not been up to par. The only saving grace is the homemade strawberry jam which is delicious. But you can't base a restaurant on strawberry jam. Sorry.
