The staff here is always polite and quick with curbside and take out options. Great deals all of the time and deals for local students. The food is always great the only variable is in the consistency of portions. Sometimes more than others regardless of how it was ordered. Always great though.

I like piada a lot, I think the sandwiches are more worth it than the pastas though, especially from a vegetarian point of view the Veggie piada (used to be the Mediterranean) is my go to, the wrap is delicious and buttery, the Hummus and Quinoa make a good protein base, all the toppings are good and work well together inside, I love the acidic kick of the pickled red onions. I usually go half and half on sauce with the Basil aioli and lemon vinaigrette, the workers are always happy to customize things for you. I've never been during a lunch rush so I'm not sure how it is when it's super busy but I've never had to wait very long in line at this or the rocky river or Beachwood locations. It's around the same price is Chipotle but none of the constant quality control issues they face.Vegetarian options: Almost any of the menu items can be customized to be vegetarian or vegan, most of the toppings are just various veggies. The sauces are almost all vegetarian, unsure about the Caesar, any of the non creamy ones are probably vegan too.
the lady at the cashier with the nice eye makeup was so sweet and understanding. She gave us great recommendations and helped us with the menu. She also got us to try the cannoli chips and they are delicious. This woman deserves a raise on how well she does this job

1st time ordering at piada and Didn’t know what to get, asked the man at the counter what to get and he went over everything and was very nice! He said he was the manager named jacob but will be coming back again!
