I received superb service!! I went on their $2 personal pan pizza Tuesday and left the Garfield store because they were unorganized. Arrived and Richard was very friendly and professional from when I first arrived. He made sure my experience was better than the store I’d just left and my order was cooked to perfection! THANK YOU RICHARD!

Never been one to leave reviews for good or bad service, but this was horrendous enough to push me over the edge. For starters, I walked in to two of the workers bickering at each other, I waited 5 minutes just to get noticed. Once I finally got noticed the one man who “helped me” seemed to direct his anger towards me as the only communication I received from him was an attitude filled: “what’s the name?” And that was it. Walked away from me before I even finished paying because he seemed so unhappy. I understand having bad days but that’s just not a good atmosphere. Now the food. It was my first time having Pizza Hut in quite some years and now i remember why. Incredibly disappointed. The pizza was drowning in sauce and was super soggy. The only positive thing I will say of this is that it was “edible”

Why is it when you call you get put on hold and disconnected when you have a complaint about your order while they have your money and your missing things you paid for???? FIVE TIMES That's not a coincidence it's a pattern! Absolutely BS

Ordered bundle with breadsticks. Chose CHEESE breadsticks. Got plain ones. Super disappointed. Charge a 5 dollar delivery fee is ridiculous since we also need to tip the driver. Which is actually contracted thru door dash. Called to complain and it sends you to a calling service in another country. Wish we would have ordered from any other pizza company than pizza hut. The order literally and clearly says CHEESE breadsticks.

This location looks run down, but the guys and gals who work here are outstanding. I don't think Pizza Hut recognizes how good of a team they have here!
Ordered a pizza from here and my update said it got delivered at 6:03 pm when it didn't. Called this place and transferred and they just kept putting be back on hold so I never talked to anyone. After waiting 15 minutes i hung up. Pizza showed up sometime after 6:30 pm. REALLY bad service enough to make you spend your money somewhere else.

Went to pick up order and area smelled like weed... employees were holding the door open smoking weed... outside the store reeked as did the interior of the store... my children asked why it smelled weird... not ok at all... as I'm getting im the car the employees start passing the blunt back n forth outside... like seriously, atleast wait till the customer drives off you don't need ur weed that bad...

This place has gone downhill the workers always slacking off, and the pizza for some reason taste weird. They need to just close this location down at this point
Haven't tried Pizza But in awhile because for was not good.. we got the special with a stuffed crust pizza and 16 boneless wings.. Pizza was pretty good but we thought the wind were FANTASTIC.. ( Garlic Parmesan, Cajun dry rub. Even the naked ones were for with our item sauce) Well Done
