Ordered a pizza from here and my update said it got delivered at 6:03 pm when it didn't. Called this place and transferred and they just kept putting be back on hold so I never talked to anyone. After waiting 15 minutes i hung up. Pizza showed up sometime after 6:30 pm. REALLY bad service enough to make you spend your money somewhere else.

Went to pick up order and area smelled like weed... employees were holding the door open smoking weed... outside the store reeked as did the interior of the store... my children asked why it smelled weird... not ok at all... as I'm getting im the car the employees start passing the blunt back n forth outside... like seriously, atleast wait till the customer drives off you don't need ur weed that bad...

Haven't tried Pizza But in awhile because for was not good.. we got the special with a stuffed crust pizza and 16 boneless wings.. Pizza was pretty good but we thought the wind were FANTASTIC.. ( Garlic Parmesan, Cajun dry rub. Even the naked ones were for with our item sauce) Well Done

My order was incomplete. The four 20 oz. Diet Pepsi drinks were not delivered. I tried calling the specific store 5 times in 30 minutes, and got transferred a dozen times, and hung up on or disconnected three times. I was told the manager was going to call me, which never happened. Since no effort was made to resolve the issue, what I assumed was an unintentional oversight became an intentional defraudment of a customer. I recommended to the staff of the hotel I was staying at to not suggest the local Pizza Hut to future guests.

Ordered $75s worth of food for delivery including 2 orders of mozz sticks. Tracker says 26mins which turned into an HOUR! Then a txt update says order now being delivered by a door dasher. Order arrived BUT the 2 orders of mozz sticks missing! So driver says I have to call the store & let them know so they can fix it. We'll good luck with that! After calling several times for over a half hour from 2 different phone numbers because they kept "transferring" me, aka putting me on hold for 5+ mins EVERYTIME or they would just hang up! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! I finally spoke with someone who sounded curiously like the same guy from all the previous calls. He asks me for my ph.# & name & says, "ok". Then says nothing & I have to ask, so will the cost be credited back to my card? "Yes." I asked how long will it take? "Could be a couple days" I ask, will I get a confirmation of the credit? "Yeah, you'll get an email". Never got the email! Probably won't get the credit either, because he didn't sound convincing. Just confirms we are done with this Hut location. They are shady. Every time we take a chance & get it again with hope that enough time has passed, but nope, something is always F'd up & then this BS ensues! Not worth the hassle. Get your act together & learn how to run a business & make your customers a priority! SMH. #WORSTPIZZAHUTEVER

This is our Friday night pizza place! We love Patches, she is very sweet and always looking out for her customers!
They hung up and then never answered again. I didn’t even get to tell them they delivered someone else’s pizza to my house. Hopefully whoever ordered it isn’t mad.
