I ordered two pizzas, 1 cheese 1 pepperoni I got 2 pepperoni pizza, was so thin, overly cooked, order was completely wrong, delivery was late food was not even hot, everything was wrong I will not buy from here again they do not care! They did not issue my refund at all!

Ordered on the Pizza Hut app, couldn't figure out how to cancel the order. Ordered at 5:50. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:15. I wasn't able to pick it up until 730. The only reason I waited to pick it up was cause I couldn't cancel it. I would never ever in 1 million years come back to this Pizza Hut.. I wouldn't recommend my horse enemies to this Pizza Hut.

I messed up the order and tried to tip more for the driver. And I called them and she said she can't do anything about it and I asked her if there was anything, I can do and she said I should have did it the first time and hung up on me. It's crazy.. for one l paid 8.19$ tip on a $23.96 order and pizza hut took $5.00 and only $3.19 went to the driver. This was the first and last time I ever order pizza hut.So whoever was the girl working November 14th.at 7:18 pm you are very disrespectful lazy piece of work. You should not be working there if you could not add on 4$ to the bill... also, my Pizza, what's barely cooked All the way through it's crazy. I've never had a big brand pizza company before so bad at everything.............

I ordered a pizza with mushroom and sausage. It was the worst pizza I have ever received. I've been calling trying to talk to someone at the store and they keep giving me the call center. It was delivered good by a company however pizza was just awful. I wish they would make this right somehow.

It’s Pizza Hut, so of course this gets 3 star. The pizza is mediocre at best, and that’s only if it even arrives on time. Their side choices are questionable — who eats fries with pizza? If you want my suggestion, stick with Domino’s — the overall quality is much better. I’ll admit Pizza Hut feels like the “standard” average pizza, so if I ever wanted something plain and basic this would be the place… but why settle for average when the competition serves much better?

I have been a loyal customer of pizza hut since I was a child, more than 30 years. After numerous issues with some of my latest orders, and the fact that they have change to call centers, if there is an issue, you cannot reach the store. I will never order from them again. I got 4 pizzas all with the crust still basically dough. I have them in the oven now because apparently I'd be better off just making my own. I spent 30 minutes being transfered through person after person at the call center asking if they can take my order. None of them can do a thing for you and the store is offline for calls, so you're just SOL apparently if there is an issue. Also when you call corporate, its a voice mail that says to message them. Never again. Worst service and quality ive ever had from pizza hut.

My coworker ordered a pizza and breadsticks even with a deal it cost $26.66 and the pizza wasnt even cooked it was like heated up and disgusting. The crust was doughy. After calling customer service 4 times we were placed on hold each time and never got to speak to a single human being or the manager at the broadview pizza hut

I received superb service!! I went on their $2 personal pan pizza Tuesday and left the Garfield store because they were unorganized. Arrived and Richard was very friendly and professional from when I first arrived. He made sure my experience was better than the store I’d just left and my order was cooked to perfection! THANK YOU RICHARD!
Never been one to leave reviews for good or bad service, but this was horrendous enough to push me over the edge. For starters, I walked in to two of the workers bickering at each other, I waited 5 minutes just to get noticed. Once I finally got noticed the one man who “helped me” seemed to direct his anger towards me as the only communication I received from him was an attitude filled: “what’s the name?” And that was it. Walked away from me before I even finished paying because he seemed so unhappy. I understand having bad days but that’s just not a good atmosphere. Now the food. It was my first time having Pizza Hut in quite some years and now i remember why. Incredibly disappointed. The pizza was drowning in sauce and was super soggy. The only positive thing I will say of this is that it was “edible”

Why is it when you call you get put on hold and disconnected when you have a complaint about your order while they have your money and your missing things you paid for???? FIVE TIMES That's not a coincidence it's a pattern! Absolutely BS
